We love this place especially if you are able to book a table by the window! Good quality food and wine professionally served with complimentary table water. A bit pricey but the do have a fixed price set menu for lunch and pre-theatre if on a budget.

Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. Food and drink always up to standard, staff attentive and friendly. Will always try to accommodate your wishes if possible. Well worth a visit for the avid food buff.

Very good food and service. We had a lovely cosy table for 6 people. The atmosphere was very French. The lunch menu is good value for money.

When I visit my family, I always meet my Dad here for lunch. We always make sure the staff know we will be there a while and they are happy not to rush us. It's always good which is why we keep coming back.

Very welcoming. We took two friends who had not been before, and they were very impressed. The service, the food and the ambience were excellent. Very good value for money.

We had the usual great value and new dishes from the lunchtime set menu. I particularly enjoyed the rabbit parmentier and my wife enjoyed her sea bass also. The staff here are really great.

Delightful meal, extremely tasty lamb rump off the January specials menu with very good supporting cast of vegetables and new potatoes. Partner had his usual steak frites which he thoroughly enjoyed also. Starters were crab mayonnaise with sour dough, tasty but perhaps missing a few supporting leaves as garnish.

excellent service and food as always. Particularly impressed that despite arriving one hour early, and with one extra person, a table was found for us. My 2 friends had never been there before and thoroughly enjoyed their visit.

As always this restaurant delivers. Visited today with friends who were very impressed. We have been many times but I think our friends will definitely go again. Excellent food and very warm welcome.

Three of us ate at Côte last Tuesday before going to the Royal Exchange, so had the pre-theatre menu. This is really very good value for money, and our mains of chicken salads and seafood linguine were delicious, as were the desserts. However the only small niggle was with the starters, as the leeks in our leek vinaigrette were undercooked, so stringy and quite hard to eat! We also wondered why there was no Christmas stuff around, it all looked a bit cheerless on a very wet Manchester January evening.... However in contrast the service was very bright and cheerful!

Always a pleasure to go to this restaurant. There is a relaxing ambience. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is delicious and well appreciated.

Staff very helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Oblong table for 7 of us which is much nicer than a rectanglular table. Food good value. Definitely go again.

Delicious food, not overpriced, and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our meal and had interesting conversations with our waiter and also with the manageress...all very polite and efficient. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

We ate early so the restaurant wasn’t crowded. We requested and got a table in the window. The service was prompt and efficient and the food was lovely, uncomplicated and very tasty. So nice to go somewhere that offers more than burgers and boil in a bag food while not being overly expensive. Good, 2 or 3 courses on pre theatre, menu .

The complimentary wine was a lovely soft French Merlot. The main course of lamb from the Specials menu was excellent with a lovely selection of braised vegetables including fennel, peppers, courgettes, carrots and new potatoes. Service was excellent, warm and efficient.

Had the set menu. Food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - 6 choices for each course. Staff friendly and helpful. Service and value for money outstanding.

Brilliant evening spent at Cote again. The early evening menu with 3 courses for ~£13 is brilliant value for money. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent branch in Manchester. Wife's soup was a little cold, but that was rectified quickly and the manager came to apologise. Everything was delicious as usual.

I was unwell during the evening(no fault of the restaurant) and the staff were lovely bringing ice and being attentive but without fuss and drama which was much appreciated

It is in a good location for us. The xmas menu was good value for money. Lack of soft furnishing make it noisy but overall nice lunch. House wine has been better.

Pleasant pre Christmas meal. Restaurant was quiet at first but full by 2pm and staff remained busy and attentive. Food all enjoyable and fish vert fresh.

Although busy there was a lovely atmosphere and we were served quickly and politely. Excellent food, wide choice of dishes at each course and such good value (we had the two course lunch menu). Have visited Cote Brasserie Manchester many times before and will do again.

Excellent service together with excellent food and fantastic value for money. Have been a few times and will definitely be back. Had a free pink fizz because it was my retirement.

We had to ask for the usual Lunch/pre-theatre menu. We were only given the a la Carte and the more expensive Christmas fixed price menu. However, the food was as excellent as ever, especially the sea bream with flageolet beans and the classic creme caramel!

We had very good service and a lovely brunch here . We have eaten here and in other branches of Côte and have never been disappointed with either food or service.

We have visited Cote in Manchester on several previous occasions. Met up with some friends . This was their first visit . They have been converted and commented that they will revisit when in Manchester

Visited on a Monday night in December. Rather quiet but the usual high standard of food in pleasant surroundings. The sauvignon wine was a bit bland, but otherwise a really good evening. Still not sure about the automatic 12.5% service charge though.

Delicious food, great service. What more can you ask? I like Cote as I've visited various branches (Manchester, York, Birmingham and others) and it is consistently good. One of the superior chains.
