As always great food and service. Friendly efficient staff. Pre- theatre menu is excellent value. Air conditioning can be a bit draughty but staff always happy to adjust it.

Great food and service despite being a massive Christmas party, we were not affected and the ambiance was probably better , very happy with my visit.

Got to the restaurant earlier than planned and allowance was made for this which was good. Our server was quite patronising though and made reference to the fact they had 200 booked in for lunch.... hmmm, the place was only half full while we were there and I hadn't complained, I was just looking round aimlessly while I waited for our food to arrive!! I just thought, "I don't care if it's 2 or 200 you've got in, you treat EVERYONE equal and with respect" but I smiled and bit my tongue. This was, after all, my son's choice for a birthday treat! The food was of a quite good standard and ok portion sizes but I HATE the fact they add an "optional" 12.5% tip to the bill.... No offence to anyone but how is automatically adding a tip to the bill "optional"?? I tip when I've had good service... I once gave a 93% tip for a meal because the service was THAT good and I thought the waitress DESERVED something nice. A tip that is automatically added is not likely to be contested so waiting staff become sloppy and patronising. Won't be eating there again...

We went to Cote in Manchester after going to the one in Newcastle and being impressed. We were equally impressed with the Manchester one. It was ideal for a pre-theatre meal.The menu, which is changed monthly,was interesting and the food delicious and very good quality and value. The staff were really friendly and competent. We'll definitely use this restaurant (and chain ) again.

Good ambience, welcome, service, food. Only problem was special dish significantly different from when ordered at Oxford Cote. Manager swapped it for another choice and deducted from bill. Dealt with very efficiently and with friendly approach. Will return. Don’t like 12.5% service, but you can choose an alternative.

Great value for money. Early bird menu, good choice, good portion size. Wind very nice too. Staff attitude first class. I would highly recommend. Enjoy

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service & delicious food well presented and in manageable portions. Am always happy to arrange meeting friends at Cote or other social occasions.

Food was excellent and came promptly which was great as we were off to see a show at the opera house. However feel like the descriptions on the menu could be better as what I ordered was not what I was expecting but it was still delish!

Restaurant inviting, the waiter who served us was friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and a great size for breakfast. Worth the money!

Nice meal, good atmosphere. Service charge shouldn’t be added to the bill, should be at customer discretion. Overall a highly enjoyable experience, would go again.

We chose the Pre-theatre menu & there was a good choice for all courses. Tasty food, well presented & no problems catering for my partner's gluten intolerance as there was a wide choice for him too. Great service & atmosphere.

It was good service good food and reasonably priced. Busy on Black Friday but didnt have to wait long I cant make up to twenty five words, so rhubarb,rhubarb, rhubarb.

Great food, great price, great service. Really accessible for gluten free too! I would recommend for anyone, the lunch was such good quality and I'd happy go back.

The restaurant was rather busy as lunchtime progressed. My meal was only just warm and the plates were cold. When we received the bill there was a bottle of wine included which we had not had. It was a little disappointing but did not overshadow an overdue catch up with friends.

We dine here regularly and are never disappointed. The lunch and pre theatre fixed price menu offers really good value for money with excellent choice of quality food.

This was our third visit to Cote Manchester and as always our meal was very enjoyable and the service excellent. We will be returning again

Had a fantastic night at Cote in Manchester for my son's 21st birthday. Staff were so friendly and lovely. Food was delicious. Recommend the creme brulee and Breton chicken. Gave my son a chocolate birthday cake with candle and glass of bubbly. All staff came and sang happy birthday to him. There were 7 of us and all of us had a lovely evening. Thank you Cote Manchester.

We went on a Wednesday lunch time having booked on line at midnight the previous evening. Outstanding quick service in pleasant environment. Keenly priced 3-course lunch menu. Food very pleasant and good value.

Lovely food and the service was very good and quick with it being a saturday. Ideal menu for lunchtime 2 courses for £11.50. Good value for money.

An absolute gem! Perfect from the start. My wife needs gluten free options due to coeliacs and they accommodated everything perfectly including ensuring a trained and informed member of staff took the order and correctly served the meal. Our waiter was calm, interested and informative and the food was utterly superb. Well done guys. We had an amazing evening with you and will be back again soon! X

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, all good, fougasse gorgeous!! service good without being intrusive. Would visit again and try something different from the menu. Good to have a couple of menus to choose from so could suit every budget.

I love the food and we enjoyed the complimentary Kir Royals for my birthday treat,I had to wait for the fries so they gave us two coffees which was nice the staff are lovely

We were greeted very nicely, showed to the table I’d asked for, the waiter was very pleasant, and helpful. The food we ordered was delicious, so all in all a very pleasant experience. We’d taken our friends who were over from France, and they loved it. It’s one of our favourite restaurants.

The restaurant is spotlessly clean and offers good value for money. However I was very disappointed with my main meal. I had pork confit. It was a shoulder cut which was very fatty ( half was fat). I did mention to the waiter when I was asked about my meal and was told that was the way it is. It could have been trimmed round the edge. It was very greasy.

The atmosphere in Cote is very French and very relaxed! There is a wide range of delicious food and wine, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
