Lovely evening a small hiccup with the main dish but it was a nice experience and good wine to boot , the staff are very good and helpful .

Confusion over the time as 08:15 was in the morning! However, everything was sorted wiith a complimentary drink. Apparently we weren't the first to be confused.

Good service. Average food. No decent cocktails. What self respecting restaurant doesn't serve such basic cocktails as an Espresso Martini? Also, the starters menu needs more options. The staff make this place tolerable.

The food was excellent. We both had steaks which were high quality and cooked to perfection. The service was efficient, friendly and prompt. Overall a great restaurant very handy for the Opera House.

Excellent service, nice ambiance, good menu choice. The food was lovely and cooked perfectly. The waiting staff were great - didn't rush us when we couldn't decide! The only negative was I ordered 'Prosecco' and wasn't told that in fact it was a French alternative- maybe I should have realised - it being a French restaurant, it was still a nice glass of fizz but t would have been nice to know it wouldn't actually be Prosecco. That aside, a perfect evening with friends in a nice restaurant with good food. Thank you

really enjoyed my Cote experience. Went with my friend,we both enjoyed our pork! The staff were very friendly except the girl who took us to our table.She never smiled and just couldnt be bothered.

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the menu was attractive, the choices suited us, even though we found choosing difficult, and the vegetables were just sufficient in quantity.

Good simple well cooked food that has not been messed about with! Very good value and efficient service Friends meal was lukewarm but this was promptly dealt without a fuss Have had works Xmas meak there for 2 consecutive years and it is great for larger parties as well as smaller groups Will definitely be back

As always, a wonderful meal: the staff at Cote Manchester are attentive and friendly and the food is consistently excellent. Already we are planning our next visit.

Excellent food, very good service, main course late in coming but acknowledged before we said anything and we were given a free glass of wine - so no complaints!

Fabulous meal as always. A pre-birthday treat with mum and daughter. Excellent service even though very busy. Great place all round. A credit to the chef and team. X

As a Coeliac this is quickly becoming one of my favourites, with two visits in a month. Both times the food was superb. On our last visit I found the service a little slow, 2 1/2 hours for three courses is a bit too long for me. However we didn't make an issue as my wife and son are more patient than me. Thanks Simon

Attentive and informed service lead to an enjoyable evening for all our party. The food was well cooked, presented and delicious. This was the unanimous thoughts of us all.

Really excellent and consistent standards of food and service - latter always friendly,& unobtrusive. We have been dining here for several years and have never been disappointed. Perfect ambience in which to enjoy splendid food and to entertain friends or business colleagues.

As always the food, wine and service was excellent. The set menu is of great quality and the portion size is generous. I would definitely recommend it.

As always a good atmosphere, helpful attentive staff , really yummy food and a reasonable bill at the end of the night. What's not to like?

Second visit to this restaurant, and yet again the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, all three courses, can't wait to visit cote brasserie again.

Had a great meal at Cote, and enjoyed the free bottle of house wine (as it was the first time I used the loyalty card). I had the mussels to start, and my only disappointment with the meal was the size of the portion (was very small even for a starter portion), though they did taste great. Was very impressed with everything else.

Great food, lovely setting and superb service. Staff helped me with loyalty scheme and did a great job. Will definitely use this restaurant again soon.

Lovely food, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent value for money and happy and efficient staff. Toilets are a bit of hike and not sure if there is a lift for those with walking difficulties? No complaints at all and there again for lunch with friends on Thursday!

lovely food & good service despite fact that restaurant was busy. When bill came we pointed out that couple of drinks not included and were thanked for honesty and advised that we still only needed to pay bill we'd been given

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Two of our party of four ordered whitebait as a starter but were disappointed as what was served were more "sprats" and were soggy rather than crispy, as described. However, when we complained the bill was adjusted accordingly. Other food was very acceptable. The restaurant was not at all busy and we were not in a hurry but service was a little slow - we were just happy to chat but, if you have to get back to work it might be worth mentioning so you get served more quickly.

Have a great meal and the service was great too. Would recommend everyone to give it a try. The wine was nice to. And the free water 👍

Had a wonderful time as always but the fillet steak definitely wasn't as good a cut or flavour as past experiences. Luckily the rest of the experience made up for it. Thank you for the rest of the service.

The restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere, we were not hurried the staff were happy to wait until all our party had arrived . The food was good, we all enjoyed our meals.

Great breakfast. Great to be able to feel secure with Coeliac friendly food. Charming staff, great welcome, and a nice "thank you, see you soon" goodbye. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere. Very good value pre-theatre meal. Fab apple crumble, fab moules, fab whitebait. My minute steak great, hubbies a bit stringy he said, hence a 5 otherwise it would have been a 6

Excellent service attentive staff and good food. Only quibble is serving meals on wooden platters. I came to the retaurant with my Mum and her main course - shepherds pie was presented on a wooden board. My Mum wasn't happy with this and to be honest neither would I have been. I asked if my Mum wanted a plate but she didn't want to make a fuss. I'm sure there wouldn't have been a problem and our lovely waiter would have changed it. The point is why do this in the first place? Let's just have food on plates instead of pandering to quirky serving options. Let the food not the crockery do the talking!
