Excellent food at a reasonable price with friendly, efficient service.

The staff were welcoming and we felt they looked after us extremely well, concerned, but not intrusive. We were slightly disappointed not to get our usual table - the reasons given were quite satisfactory and everybody was happy. The food was good and the atmosphere very relaxing.

I always enjoy Cote: staff are cheerful and efficient, the food is good, and the atmosphere very pleasant. My only reservations are first, that the cups for the coffee are rather small (particularly if you allow for the froth on a cappuccino), and secondly poached eggs can be a little rubbery and hard.

The food was tasty as well as being good value for money compared with other London restaurants. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the service was efficient and attentive. The music was louder than I like, but immediately we mentioned it, it was turned down. Unfortunately a table with some very noisy little children, rather spoiled the atmosphere on this visit.

Really great poulet grill and grilled salmon, loved the dessert, coupe noir, can't stop thinking how tasty it all was. The August drinks offer was well made and perfect with the food. Thanks Cote for another great evening. Waiter was spot on.

Arrived early but still made to feel welcome. FoH staff were able to rearrange the table plan so I and my friends could have a table we preferred. All done with a smile. Waitress , Italian I think, was however unsmiling and reluctant to really engage. Food up to standard. We all adored the Zuccini and the steak frites was fine. Waiter willingly found a doggy box for my friends chicken salad which she found too copious. We meet up about once a year so a la prochaine fois !

Food was typical of the chain but service was awful. Tables were being left uncleared, orders were wrong / late / coming in the wrong order. It wasnt just our group, looking around everyone seemed to be having similar issues.

Enjoyed the food, service and great location. One of our party ordered the steak which was a little tough other than that the food was good. Very impressed with the gluten free menu!

Very slow service, inexperienced waiter didn't respond to reappeared requests ! Complained to manager, cost of wine taken off the bill .

Service was very slow and food arrived at different times. When we complained the manager gave us a free bottle of wine which was a welcome gesture.

Cote Brasseries are always great. We use Cote in London, St.Albans and the new Cote in Watford. Good food and service .

Poor service despite there being at least four people serving in a relatively uncrowded restaurant. Overcharged - billed for the 'loyalty' drink but didn't realise until we'd left the restaurant. Food fine.

We had a very enjoyable evening at Cote with friends. The aperitif was a real bonus. The food was yet again extremely tasty. The staff were, as usual, very friendly and helpful. We are so looking forward to another meal there shortly.

Food was lovely. Waiters lacked table etiquette. Never had a whole bottle of wine poured between 3 glasses in one go before.

As always with Cote we enjoyed our meal, a little expensive for the quantity we received as a main course but given the location, central London, it was reasonable value for money. Perhaps a slightly larger portion for slightly more money would work better? I like Cote but do find all of their restaurants we have been to a little noisy.

Amazing service, everyone was so nice and helpful and kind to our 2 year old. Food was delicious, all six of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Such a lovely new manageress! And as always all the staff are welcoming. This Côte is a favourite with our family and friends and we are here often, at least a few times a month.

Despite the difficulty caused by a computer breakdown the staff coped calmly with the situation and it was therefore another enjoyable evening, with good service and well presented and delicious food.

As always an excellent meal at a reasonable price! Excellent service - the only downside was that all the computers had crashed but luckily I had cash so was able to pay for my friends as well as me!

Delicious supper and such delightful service. Everyone went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Really excellent.

We are regulars, today we were 7 persons for lunch celebrating a birthday. The food was excellent but the service was abysmal. Items were forgotten. Our plates were cleared and then after about 15 minutes we went looking for a waiter to order coffee and dessert. We were compensated but it did not add to the birthday celebration.

Very good food, excellent value, lovely atmosphere. The only criticism was that the waitress was unsmiling start to finish! The manageress was lovely and welcoming. It makes a difference to the whole experience.
