Excellent service, wine and food my first time visiting this branch and a good experience
We only had 30 minutes to eat. The staff were very helpful and efficient and we got to our concert on time.
Had an excellent evening and Sophie is the BEST server EVER!!
The atmosphere was lovely. The food was great and the service was very attentive, and we didn’t feel rushed even though they were very busy. I would thoroughly recommend.
Need to sort out there heating Either to hot or asked to turn it down and then had full air con and was freezing
We had a table for 11.One main course did not arrive on time. Also, we asked for tap water but we had to ask for refill. The waiter did not do it himself.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in London. The food is always good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

excellent sunday afternoon venue 7 adults one child very happy thanks EXCEPT no burgers
Nice reception. Booking a specific table worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and fun.
Good for business meetings plenty of space and noises levels manageable so you can talk
Cote is my fav restaurant. It was my birthday and I invited 4 friends to dinner and my friend rang up to ask about a cake, several times, and no one returned her call which she found stressful as she had to sort it when we arrived- and it was supposed to be a secret. We were given a table at the door and it was really drafty and cold every time someone opened the door and none of us wanted to go home with a cold from a festive evening. Plus one person in our group is very ill. We were eventually given a booth table which was great. Atmosphere was great but in the end we left early because it was just too noisy and we couldn’t hear each other which gets stressful. You shouldn’t have to leave because it’s too noisy, Cote has always been my fav restaurant but not sure I’ll use it again for a special occasion.
As expected a very busy restaurant in December. It was full on for the staff & they delivered! Thank you.
Good food, Excellent service and great value! Just a bit noisy.
As super as ever. Brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble. A real French bistro experience which we enjoy every time we come to London and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg ! Thank you.
Consistently good quality, enjoyable food with plenty of choice, excellent value for money and fast service
Good food at a reasonable price and with great customer service.
Nice clean restaurant with prompt service and good quality food. We all enjoyed the steak!
First class food and service at Cote Marylebone as always now have a local one in Watford and looking forward to a girls Christmas lunch on Wednesday at Cote London Bridge
Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Surroundings very comfortable. Very busy but under control.
Very good great atmosphere many thanks Staff were very polite
Four of us dined on a very busy pre-Christmas Saturday. The food and the service was excellent. A very good evening was enjoyed by all of us. Juliet
Great food and attentive service. Lovely ambiance and friendly staff
Whilst the food was good and the first waitress excellent, having ordered we had to wait 1.5 hours just for the starter to arrive. Thereafter, it went downhill as each of the 5 writers that served us put their coats on having finished their shift. To cap it all, there were five writers seated behind us eating their own meal delivered in minutes.
Enjoyed swift business lunch. Efficient and friendly service, good food and value and good place to revisit in the future.
Service was pretty shoddy and clueless. Had to ask four times for water. Lots of staff just stood around doing nothing - except for ignoring customers. They seemed to be really good at that...
We took some friends of ours from abroad for a meal at the Marylebone branch. We ordered cassoulet, haddock goujons as well as onion soup and some salads and everyone was happy with the food. The cassoulet, which I had was perfect for a cold December evening. The first disappointment came when we asked the waiter for a recommendation for a nice dry white wine by the glass. All he could do after scrutinising the wine list was to point us at the relevant section whose heading contained the word "dry". Being able to read ourselves this was not exactly what we were after when we asked for a recommendation. I can only conclude that waiters don't receive any training on the wine list. More disappointing still was the answer we got when we asked whether we could have the "buche de noel" desert off the Christmas menu. After a quick question to the kitchen or the manager, I don't know which, we were told "unfortunately not". As I went to pay the bill I expressed my disappointment at this. What left me utterly confused were the different explanations I got from the two members of staff who by the way were very polite and friendly throughout the evening. First I was told that the christmas menu which the "buche de noel" was part of was designed to give the kitchen enough preparation time for all the elements. I doubted that the desert would be prepared from scratch every time but didn't insist further. Another waiter then chipped in that the restaurant was part of a chain and not everything was prepared on site. While I didn't understand how that was an explanation for the negative response our request had received, it is much closer to my own understanding of Cote's setup. And that was exactly why I didn't understand why it was impossible, on a relatively quiet Sunday evening it wasn't possible to produce one desert as a special request. A desert that has a baked element to it. I would be very surprised to learn that this is made fresh from scratch in its entirety every time. I am neither a purist who thinks preparing meal elements in advance or even off-site is an abomination, especially when the quality of the food we had was good and I have never been disappointed by Cote in the past. I am also not a serial complainer who wants their every whim fulfilled by kitchen staff. But I don't like being fobbed off with "explanations" that make no sense.
Very friendly helpful staff, particularly with one of our party who has Parkinson's.
The restaurant was very busy. The table waitress was extremely loud and shouted instructions and gave us no time to review the menu. I found this very off putting and her manner very unwelcoming
Wonderful service and very attentive staff! We took our baby she was made to feel very welcome with plenty of space
I eat at Cote at least 3 times a month when in the UK. Always wonderful food, great service and cheerful staff. I very much Enjoy the special free drinks that are on offer as I would not normality drink these and have found them to be delicious. I book these on line. Last night when I asked for our apperatifs I was informed that we had not ordered. After a discussion I asked to speak to the manager , futher discussion I was given our bottle of wine for free. I will very be very aware during my next booking.
Helpful service with a smile and great food. Recommended.
Very accommodating as we got there earlier than planned. Food as good as ever. Waiter a bit clumsy.
