Fantastic experience, very well managed with COVID-19 challenges. The food was of excellent quality with service to match.

We had a lovely evening, our first time out since lockdown and felt very at ease with the staff following guidance and the food was as ever.. amazing

So good to be back and even better with the Eat out to help out deal. Amazing staff but very limited vegetarian choices for someone who hates goat’s cheese! However, the risotto was lovely and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his pork belly. Fabulous wine, pudding and coffee. Welcome back Cote Brasserie - we have missed you hugely!

Only second day after reopening following shut down , and everything was geared to the usual good food & particularly to covid 19 protection. Worked well , just like a normal Cote meal , great service.

It was lovely to be back and enjoying Cote's lovely food and hospitality. We felt safe and relaxed. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Food was great and as was the service. However, I rated 5 out of 6 because of the new menu. We loved the lunch/ early dinner menu but unfortunately you don’t do that anymore, so we were disappointed. Please reconsider as you might lose some customers.

Brilliant menu, seems larger portions than before lockdown! Staff were amazing and so pleased to be back. Restaurant was spotlessly clean.

The overall experience was great following the reopening, the staff were clearly trained in social distancing measures, my family and I felt safe, the food was great and...The only slight negative..we did fee, a little pressured to place our orders at the start until 8 asked the waiter to wait until I called him over...overall a big thumbs up.

Great meal out - good to be out again 😄. We both had Lobster frites and it was excellent. The main course came a little too quickly as we had only just started our olives. Good service and we felt safe

I would like to see more variety in the menu. I noticed many nice dishes that were there before as crepes were removed. The prices are a bit expensive for the quality of the food.

Great service, courteous, clean, aware, safe and informative and the usual standard of food- really excellent value for money. Plus delicious. A ‘high street’ chain and name which somehow manages to keep it feeing somewhat independent. Please keep supporting them as for French, Bistro style food and wine, Côte are on the mark and a great choice. Thank you! Really enjoyable evening.

What a pleasure it is to lunch again at Cote Brasserie. We have so missed it. Staff brilliant and good food. Suggest the Buyer who purchased the visors should wear one for a shift. There are more comfortable, albeit slightly more expensive, visors available. Nevertheless staff smiled through them. Already booked for next week.

Lovely to receive a warm welcome and see that they took note of our booking request, seating us in a nice booth with minimal noise and disruption.

Excellent and attentive service at the Newbury restaurant. I needed gluten free options as I'm a Coeliac and always know that I can safely. Our waitress was fantastic and very friendly without being obtrusive. I had the lamb rump and it was amazing as was the cheeseboard. Would highly recommend a visit. They also do a really good gluten free full English breakfast., although you don't get sausages or black pudding, which is a shame and I wish they did.

Food excellent, staff charming, house white a bit rough, but overall a very good experience, 2 x 'free' G&T's offer for booking drew us in otherwise we would never have gone out on a Monday night Pricier than many but considered good value.

Good food and ambience as previous. Continued reduction in staff levels has a detrimental effect. Toilet cleanliness an issue not helped by general use by odd members of public wandering in to use them

Starter never arrived, food was okay but not much of it, and quite expensive. I don’t think I would return.
