We are committed fans of the Cite chain but this was our first visit to Salisbury. The September "Prestige" menu had some excellent choices, many of which were either gluten free or could be made gluten free. Our table was both close to the entrance door and to the bar, so there was lots of coming and going, and in spite of close proximity to the waiting staff, we had to wait a long time for our dessert order to be taken.

Lovely wine, super duper starter, pork loin main yummy, creme caramel to die for. Here’s to the next time 😋

Food was excellent. Table that we booked too near where waiters congregate and when passing by the table my chair was bumped into continually

As usual an excellent meal and service, your food is so tasty and well presented. Please open a restaurant in Ringwood am sure it would always be full.

It is always a pleasure to visit Cote in Salisbury. The food is reliable and although the staff changes they are always charming

Food was great and we consider good value for money. The noise from surrounding tables became overpowering and intrusive spoiling the lunch especially when the swearing started. Having a table for 2 seems to lead to being squashed in.

The food is always consistently good but the experience would be a whole lot better if the service matched the food. To have to remind about drinks order more than once is not acceptable.

We waited half an hour to be served at breakfast - they were short staffed and did apologise but service was really slow, a little unfriendly by one server and table was not cleared until after we asked for the bill.

We had a fabulous time at Cote Salisbury last night. The Cote de Boef was wonderful!

We have just been to Cote Salisbury and everything was really nice.

We have visited Cote many times but tonight the food was disappointing. We also waited some time for a drink - yet in addition to the 12.5% gratuity- we were being asked to tip !

We always enjoy our regular Friday evening meal in Cote.

We had our fav booth so we were happy. Food and service superb. Best would be NOT to automatically include tipping

When Manager Alex is here, all runs perfectly well. The Cote Brasserie Management should take example on Alex and train staff accordingly across all restaurants of this franchise. Obviously, his hard work is paying!

Came for a late lunch after the Pavarotti film at the Odeon. Charentais Melon with Savoie Ham was great and so was the Haddock Goujons with Fries and Sautéed Peas Onions and Little Gem Lettuce. Staff all brilliant as usual!!!

Lovely food very reasonably priced, lovely restaurant so a positive experience on the whole. My only gripe would be that I found the supervisor at your Salisbury restaurant rather abrupt! However I will not hesitate to eat at cote in the future.

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and made our dinner really special. It was my wife’s birthday and they decorated our table and even gave her a card. The food is second to none, always fresh and cooked to perfection. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Usual friendly welcome and attentive staff. Of our three night stay in Salisbury we ate two nights with Cote and both meals were excellent as we have come to expect from this chain which doesn't feel like one

Not up to usual standard in terms of slick service. Food was good as always, but advice to management; if your staff have disagreements with each other, perhaps they could do it in private. It's totally unprofessional.

We had a lovely meal tonight at Cote Brasserie Salisbury we ate outside as the weather was so warm .

Another quality meal for 2 and really great to see many gluten free options and a knowledgeable staff. Keep up those little GF flags - they add to the level of confidence for us!

Service poor which is unusual had to ask for dessert menus then once we did order we waited far to long for it to arrive. Decided to leave dessert after complaining to staff.

Crying Children were a little off putting but they did leave after the starters. Wonderful as usual but the new potatoes were a little hard other than that very good.

We had a delightful lunch, the maitre de was charming - he remembered we'd like to sit outside and made that happen even though it was busy. Our waitress was equally efficient when we were seated. The food was suberb with perfectly cooked steaks. A friendly chat mid meal, genuinely concerned about our lovely lunch made us think how wonderful it would be to return. Well done Cote Salisbury.
