The food was not good. I had salmon and side of beans. Beans had definitely been microwaved and the fish had a weird smell and had been over cooked. Salmon should be soft and flakey. The ratatouille has no flavour and I had to cover in salt. Overall very disappointed as the Cote in Sloane Square where i work is usually good so I expected the same quality!
The experience was fantastic and service was very professional and lovely.
I came here with my family for a birthday celebration. The staff were lovely. very friendly and attentive and they were able to change a couple of dishes to accommodate a vegan and a friend who wanted a dessert without chocolate. They also put some flowers I was given in the office while I ate and then swiftly returned them afterward. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely dine there again.
Really enjoy Cote, food is so nice and good value. It was my friend's first time there and she was really pleasantly surprised about the quality of food. I'm actually booked again with another friend on Friday at a different branch, keep it up and thank you :-).
The atmosphere was calm, the food was amazing, along with the wine and the waiting staff it made for a special evening.
Fair set menu deal and offer of complimentary cocktail from the mailing list. Waiters were like bulls in a China shop! And took ages for bill/to bring card machine to pay
I always have lunch or breakfast here with my Mum,the food is always amazing and the staff are very friendly, I would recommend this busy little place to anyone.
Great breakfast. Reasonable service, although breakfast took a bit longer than I would have liked. Will probably return.
Very well received and shown to our table, quick service and great food. If there is anything that could be improved is the waiting time between receiving the bill and being able to pay. But that's being really picky by me as I was in a hurry. Great job and I will always recommend you to others
Very enjoyable experience! A great location, the staff are very attentive, plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere, and the food tastes great (and is very good value).
We all enjoyed our meal at Cotes St Paul's. The service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and polite and made us feel very comfortable. I had the Swordfish from the Special menu and I must say it was delicious. As an added bonus we sampled the Blood Orange cocktails .They were a real treat. We will definitely go there again.
Really enjoyed our meal which was delicious ... the service and ambiance added to our enjoyment and we look forward to visiting again when we stay in this area.
This is a great place to eat in London. The set menus are always well thought out...Today was no different. Good food... Good service... Great atmosphere...
Great food and staff. The starter was awesome and so was the main. For the dessert we had the crèche caramel. So tasty and very well executed x
Amazing friendly staff and great food at decent prices. What more could you want.
Great location near St Pauls, easy to book a table, although I need not have bother because there are loads of tables downstairs. Good service and food.
Lovely staff. Fabulous food. Great location Never been to this particular Côte, but will definitely be back. Excellent restaurant experience is what you get with Côte - Always. Thank you
Very enjoyable meal as always at Côte St Paul’s before going to see The Merry Wife’s of Windsor at The Globe. Staff, food, service and ambiance was first class as always. We use several Côte’s and have experienced the same quality at them all.
Overall a good evening of food and nice location and setting. Waiter sometimes not quite right but that can happen. Overall, recommended. ps pity lost the seafood linguine - my favourite!
The Côte Brasserie in St Paul's was terribly disappointing and I would not recommend this one at all. The seating area on the lower ground floor was quite spacious but, unfortunately, the service from the waiters was appalling. The main courses were very disappointing. The chicken was tasteless, the mussels were poor and the thin fries weren't hot.
The staff was lovely and the food was amazing! Will definitely go there more often.
We enjoyed our meal: excellent choice of food and good wine list. Excellent service as well. The restaurant has greatly improved since a disappointing phase last year and is back to where it was - and better!
Great food and ambience . The lamb rump and Breton chicken were delicious , beautifully cooked and served . On a cold night lovely warm restaurant and a warm welcome
As usual, an overall lovely experience, thank you. Relaxed atmosphere, pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent food quality. I always like it here, and the friends I took for the first time loved it.
We enjoyed our meal when we got it but the service was very slow. Also it worked out expensive with the 12 1/2 percent service charge. Would sooner give my own amount. This is becoming more frequent now and making me think twice about what Restaurants I visit.
We had a fantastic meal and the food and service were exceptional. Would highly recommend! We will definitely return to this restaurant again in the future. Thank you Côte!
Core, St Paul’s is are go-to place for friends catching-up, for business meeting or after-work drink/supper
Very disappointing evening, we are Cote regulars and this was a bad experience. Rushed, drinks mixed up and not very good at all. We had to send the Aperitif back, wine was bought to table before we had even had a sip of Aperitif, food came so quickly we barely time to sit and relax. Will not go back.
Beautiful food, I had the poulet & potato gratin and my partner had the steak frites, both were spot on. We experienced great service along with a free drink each for myself and partner as it was my birthday!
A lovely lunch. Well cooked food, good service, great location.
Delightful time. Food delicious, service spot on and ambience just right.
We sat down in a good spot and ordered an "aperitif" from the menu. It arrived quite promptly but I had a few sips and new something was up. My gin and tonic tasted of aniseed. I was so surprised and had to find a staff member to return it and explain. They apologised and explained that the measure for my gin had been used for Ricard or Pernod immediately prior. Whilst returning my aniseed gin and tonic, our starters arrived together with our bottle of wine which was opened and placed in an ice bucket. This was done before we could see that the wine was the wrong choice. My wife had only just begun her aperitif. As the wine had arrived with the food there was no need to order a replacement gin and tonic as the meaning of and time for an aperitif was past. It turned out the wine was not right and we had to ask for that to be replaced. At that point we felt uncomfortable and hurried; we had not been allowed to have a pre-dinner drink as we'd planned and ordered. Whilst we were trying to, we had the bottle of wine opened and plonked in an ice bucket before we could see it was the wrong wine - the restaurant kindly changed the wine but it was a shame to have wasted the first bottle. The starters were what we expect of Cote but enjoyment overtaken by changing the G&T and then the wine. When our mains arrived, we ate them with the wine we had ordered and then asked for the bill, paid and left as it had not been a relaxing experience.
Amazing as usual, great food and great service , always made to feel welcomed and a valued customer , good size portions of food and always hot and tasty
Excellent attendance from the staff, without over doing it, from the moment of arrival. No pressure to get us in, done, and out in the shortest time and as with the food everything was just right. As usual a very pleasant experience and that is why we keep coming back. Well done all!
Excellent experience. Wonderful staff couldn't do enough for us. It was our 29th anniversary and we were given a window seat with views and complimentary mimosas. Thank you Cote St Pauls.
Great food and service - the waitress really looked after us throughout lunch. It was speedy and a great working lunch. Would return to this convenient location.
Fantastic meal. Perfect atmosphere. We booked online in advance and travelled up to London with grandparents to eat with our daughters who are at university. We ate downstairs and it was lovely as it wasn’t noisy, so we could all chat and catch up. Most of us ate from the set menu and had 3 courses. The food was superb. Service was spot on. We would definitely eat here again.
Pleasant staff and very nice simple food Consistent at different venues too I could be wrong , but It just seems that the portions have dramatically & cunningly reduced over the last couple of years
Service was very slow. Friends fish meal tasted off so had to be returned. My lamb dish was excellent, couldn't fault that. Had to wait an age to pay the bill. Will try this place again but won't be the first choice on our list
Don’t go for Valentine’s Day as it’s expensive and not a nice vibe k l. H i I kah . She disused USB’s disbansjs s is d
Had a good time. Stuff were really good, got a great set in the window for my friends birthday and had great service. The candle on the cake (without asking) was a really nice touch.
The food was excellent - we both had the charcuterie board and the belly pork. What made the visit even more special was our waiter, Sam. Not only was he helpful and friendly, he was very attentive (and he made that look effortless, even though it was pretty busy). He is a real asset to your company.
Excellent meal in super location in the shadow of St. Paul’s Cathedral. Very attentive service and the Breton fish stew was magnificent. Really enjoyable lunch and good value thanks to the January wine offer.
Very good food and service. It was my first time eating at St Paul's although I have been to many other Cote restaurants. The seating felt more spacious than some of the others. A very pleasant experience.
Our starters were cold and the waitress/manager although being extra polite after this, took an an incorrect amount on each card. In addition no form of compensation was offered and service charge added, which we paid.
Although the manager and staff were charming it was not a good experience. I was greeted with the information that the salmon was off the short menu. I was advised that I could have the same dish but with sea bas. First course arrived promptly and then a 40 minute wait before sea bas arrived but a dish off the main menu with cream in the sauce, I do not suit cream. Pots and veg were ordered separately and took ages to arrive. Altogether highly unsatisfactory. We arrived at 12.15 and left at 1.50 having only just finished our lunch of 2 courses.
Lovely food and the 2 or 3 course set menu is great value. The service was quite slow and took a while to take our order, though thankfully we weren't in a hurry.
All was fine however the breakfast took a long time to arrive, Also I asked for poached eggs and when it arrived I had scrambled eggs and two fried eggs, no poached. When they came to see if everything was ok they I showed them their error and at that point did ask if I still wanted the poached eggs on the side?
Excellent service, really friendly and attentive staff, beautiful food... I would thoroughly recommend it... all washed down with complimentary birthday Kir Royales...Cheers all and Thank you
Received helpful advice by phone regarding access for my mother's wheelchair. Courteous and charming service from our Hungarian waitress during the meal. Thank you very much.
