Excellent from entering. Warm welcome and quick attentive service . The food was served quickly and was hot , tasty and a good portion . We will certainly be back again .

I booked lunch here on a Tuesday lunch for 14 people. It was a casual wedding lunch as the registry office was across the road. The service was excellent, they made the happy couple feel very special. The food was excellent, they catered for all our dietary requirements, gluten free and vegetarian plenty of choices. We booked on the way out to dine here again on mother’s day.

The food is always reliably excellent here, and it was again today. Service a bit slower than usual, and noise level (“music”) appalling. I guarantee that if it was turned off everyone would be pleased.

All 4 of us really enjoyed our food. The service was excellent and very friendly and welcoming. Great choice on menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lunch time special menu was excellent; all dishes were food of a high quality that we all enjoyed. Service was at best average. No one seemed to take responsibility for our table, introduce themselves or respond with any speed to requests for water or missing cutlery. This was a shame as we were celebrating a golden wedding anniversary and would have enjoyed just a little more attention.

No table reserved for us on arrival even though I booked and requested a table. Poor service. Food not as good as usual. Ordered extra toast and it came after we had finished eating. Overall very disappointing brunch.

Great Sunday lunch at our favourite French restaurant. The food had a great taste with the high standard of the French cuisine. We and friends(group of 9) had a good time and have enjoyed it. Good service from start to finish

The whole experience felt very rushed. Within 10mins our food and 3 drinks where in the table. The quality of the food was excellent as always. The 12.5% service charge added for 3 people at breakfast was also a tad surprising. . . Also surprised that there wasn’t a small gift for the Mother’s as other restaurants on the Avenue were doing. That said though it was still an enjoyable breakfast apart from the constant banging from upstairs .

Great food, brilliant staff and reasonable prices. What’s not to like?

Excellent service and the food of course was top notch. We went for the prestige set menu which was a little bit more expensive than the ‘basic’ set menu but was well worth it.

Quick excellent service , only downfall was a squealing child , but it was lunchtime not an evening meal. Food was excellent and also an alternative suggestion when I said I didn’t like black pudding

Excellent food and service. The crab starter and main course - fish parmentier were delicious, especially accompanied by the complimentary cocktails! The staff made a Birthday celebration very special.

Really good value for money. Decent portions for the early bird menu! I had the whitebait, haddock with a vegetable side and the chocolate pot. All very tasty. Thank you.

Went to Cote West Bridgford for a birthday meal with my wife. The meal was lovely meal with great authentic food. Very quick service but not rushed. Will definitely be back.

Lovely meal -menu is extensive but from personal experience usually excellent. Today we had crab,salmon,fish stew and chicken-all beautifully cooked and tasty. Rhubarb martini was delightful and the Chablis very moreish. Service was efficient and friendly-thanks to Melanie for enhancing our late lunch experience.

Always reliably excellent food and service at a very good price. We are never disappointed. Portions are a good size and theee courses leaves a satisfiyingly full stomach.

Seated immediately by attentive staff. Waitress keen to please, knowledgeable when asked about menu choices and beautifully presented. Food well cooked, served in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Previously have had a lovely breakfast but this time I was left disappointed, poached eggs were hard and the plate was underwhelming. Service wasn’t as good as usual either, definitely not on the ball. Hoping it was just a one off.

A great place with an excellent range of food options, offers, atmosphere and great staff. The gluten free menu was good and the food was clearly identified with a gluten free flag, making the evening relaxing. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable evening for a birthday celebration.

It was a good friends 60th birthday, and after being introduced to the restaurant at another event earlier on this week decided it would be the perfect setting. The atmosphere,staff,service and food has been outstanding on both occasions and everyone within both parties all agree we would highly recommend it to all our family and friends.

This is the second time that we've had a bad experience at Cote West Bridgford, the first being my birthday meal last October. Again, the problem was with my wife's vegetarian meal and on this occasion, the risotto was cold when it arrived but when we asked for it to be reheated, it came back swimming on stock and was inedible.

As a regular customer today has been a total disaster!! Booked a table for 12.30 for Brunch prior to the international cricket at Trent Bridge!!As expected you were vey busy but was astounded when we sat down that Brunch which you serve till 1.00pm was no longer available and we would have to eat off the A La Carte menu!!Your duty manager said you wouldn’t serve the Brunch we had booked for leaving my party no option but to leave the restaurant!!As there are 5 international World Cup matches coming up at Trent Bridge over the next 6 Weeks Which all start at 2.00pm are you going to stop serving Brunch on a whim as you did today!!!I’m sure you are aware that there are numerous venues on the Avenue in West Bridgford where Brunch is available! Really enjoyed a reasonably priced meal in pleasant surroundings. Waiters were attentive & helpful, courses were served with relaxed intervals and the quality of the food was very good. Comme Zorro, je retournerai!! (apologies....popular daft French song from the 60’s)

Manager admirable but lack of staff meant real delays before seating. Food OK but mussels had some grit in and fish goujons way overcooked. Had to leave half.

Lovely food, relaxed atmosphere. Rib eye steak, calamari and french onion soup were delicious. Service was pleasant. This was our second meal here, will return again.

Always delicious food, a buzzy atmosphere, very friendly attentive staff, with nothing too much trouble, even at very busy times. We have taken many friends and family members here, and everyone has enjoyed the experience.
