Lovely place great food and service the only downside was the tables were too close to one another.

Our table was not ready at the time we booked but otherwise excellent service. With great food and a fantastic location on the Riverside. Would go again

Up to the usual high standard combined with wonderful view across the river to the castle, what could better it?

Food delicious and staff were so polite and nice. Service very quick and we was checked on throughout our meal to make sure we had all we needed.

We had a great time. We arrived very early for our booking and the staff coped with this well. We were given a lovely table by the window with a river view.The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. The crime caramel was out of this world!

I loved the position of the restaurant overlooking the river at Eaton. I enjoyed my lunch very much. The only things that disappointed me were the toilets. I had to enter the cubicle sideways as the door was so close to the toilet, the toilet seat was very loose and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Not good.

I asked for a window seat on my booking form as it was my birthday but didnt have a window seat and the weekend menu was not offered so had to ask for that.

I enjoyed the food but sadly the service was woefully slow. It was over half an hour before our order was taken and then only because I got up and asked someone. The room was also extremely noisy and I could not have a conversation with my guests. The set meal was not as good value as it appeared as vegetables were extra and portions were small. Also I reserved a window seat but did not get one. A disappointing first visit. I wouldn’t rush back.

Very much enjoyed the meal, good quality food with excellent wines. Service was good with very pleasant staff but best was the lovely location right by Windsor bridge and views of the castle. Will be back love

Had a really nice evening with my friend the restaurants I felt could do with a little bit of TLC and there was a very unpleasant smell when we walked in not that bad but it should be smelling of food nice

I thought that service was not as quite as efficient & attentive as other branches I have been to. seemed to be short of staff. Quite slow although food was very good.

When we arrived it was absolute chaos on the front desk with people queuing out the door and the lady on the front desk let someone who was behind us push in and then ignored us when we queried it. When we were finally greeted they said that our table (that we had booked) wouldn't be ready for at least 15 minutes. My husband then pointed out a free table and they sat us there but as it was set for 4 (there were two of us) we then found out that we weren't being waited on because they thought we were waiting for more people. When we finally ordered our food came before our drinks (coffee which doesn't go great with moules frites) and they said it's because there is only one person making coffees. We love the food and the setting here but feel the service and coordination of the experience could use some improvement.

Beautiful restaurant in a stunning location. Ridiculously good value, very well priced drinks. Our servers were very personable and attentive without being intrusive. Food was delicious. A very enjoyable experience

Not great today. It was very busy but we had a small table sitting in the door to the smokers outside. Our side order was forgotten and arrived half way through our mains. All in all disappointing and not up to usual standard.

I booked a table for two and although there were many tables available we were given a table which had no views while our intention to have a meal with a river view. we asked the waiter to move us somewhere else and he again showed us a table next to the bar and enterence with a limited view. he didnt wipe the table properly. After us another couple came and he promised them to give them a table with a view although they didnt have any booking. We left the restaurant immediately after this waiter’s disrespectful approach.

We are regular visitors to Cote in Marlow and have always been happy with the food and service, however our visit to Windsor was a great disappointment. When we arrived for our 7.00pm booking we were offered the set menus even though they finished at 7.00pm. We had to wait for our friends ,so did not start ordering until 7.20. We asked if it was still ok to order and told yes, then the head waitress/manager told us to order quickly and it would all be at the prestige price. The service thereafter was poor, the attitude of this manager was surly and the table was not cleared properly leaving some main dishes behind. The bill was requested and then needed to be chased,all in all a poor experience.

We enjoyed an exceptional Saturday evening meal with our son & his best friend. Food was well presented & we all enjoyed our 3 course meal. Looking forward to going again

Côte Windsor is one of my favourite restaurants and very rarely disappoints. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is tasty and of good value. Enjoy the offers and kir royals given for special occasions!

Cote Windsor is always a great experience. Fabulous food, wonderful service from excellent staff and the setting by the river is lovely. All in all a very nice experience. Mentioned it was our cousins birthday and was given kir royales all round.

Was not a good experience. Booked, sat and waited to be served, had to go and find someone. Ordered, wrong breakfasts arrived for both myself and my son. Asked for bill and that was wrong too therefore did not leave a tip!! Regularly visit Cote Windsor and Marlow and this was dreadful. My son had to leave before me as had to catch a train. Very disappointing

Another fabulous night at Côte windsor, great service, exceptional food and overall fantastic experience in great setting overlooking river Thames and windsor castle ! We were all super impressed with food and complimentary gin cocktails were a really lovely way to start the evening ! Thank you to the manager and team at Windsor for a memorable evening. I visited Cote Windsor to book this table as it was for a very special occasion. I spent quite some time with the staff who were really helpful and it was suggested and agreed that a table would be booked for our party in the conservatory. On arrival on Friday we were shown to a table down stairs in the main room. On querying this I was told it wasn't possible to have 'booked' a table in the conservatory and that that table had been given to someone with a greater need than ours. This was hugely disappointing and unexpected having taken so much trouble to visit and personally book well in advance.

The food was good, service left a lot to be desired, we had our starters before our drinks came and generally had to flag down the waiter to get any service

Lunch was lovely. Great service considering how busy the restaurant was. Terrific views over the river and beyond. It was all great.

Excellent food warm and friendly service lovely views of Windsor Castle and River Thames. An enjoyable evening. Nothing negative to say - would recommend it
