lovely venue great staff good food beer is overpriced set menu is good value our drinks waiter accidentally spilled a bottle of beer which went over one of our groups clothes but it was handled quickly and effectively... accidents happen would recommend

We had a vey lovely belated mother’s day lunch. Both ,y mother and father. Really enjoyed there meal as did I. We will definitely be comeing back to Côte Brasserie Watford. And will be very happy to recermend Côte Brasserie Watford to our friends

Such a lovely experience in Cote Brasserie yesterday!. From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful & friendly but not overly fussy. The food was delicious & house wine excellent. Great service & prices!. We will definitely be returning.

We’ve had a great evening celebrating a family birthday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty, the beef bourgignon was a particular highlight. We had complimentary kir royals for my husbands birtday. The restaurant was spacious but intimate. Looking forward to returning soon.

You should tell your clients before hand that half of the menu is not available (light part). If I want a full english breakfast I'll go to a different place, not to a french sytle restaurant. We wanted to get the french toast (which are easy to make), but instead we were told that was not available, only cooked options. We were not given any reason for this, and after ordering the drinks there was no other choice than stay and not enjoy our breakfast. Next time be more careful, or tell the people before.

Big fan of Cote Brasserie and so pleased you have opened a Watford branch! 😀 The food was great and staff warm and friendly, but service between Starter and Main exetremely slow. In saying that, can’t wait to come back again and try everything on your menu! 😀 xxxxx

There is nothing I can fault about our visit. From the moment we arrived fro the moment we regrettably left the whole experience was amazing. The service was timed to perfection, the food was incredible and the singing of Happy Birthday for my mum was spot on.

Had a wonderful time. Staff were very welcoming and the food is very good. There was also a nice family friendly atmosphere that that made the children feel welcomed. Thank you for the experience.

It was our first time in Cote and we had a lovely meal. We came to celebrate fathers day. We are a family with a fussy teenage vegetarian daughter and although unfortunately the kitchen didn't get the order quite right first time, the waiters were very accommodating when we explained that my daughter didn't want the sauce on top of her dish. They remade the whole dish and gave it to us complimentary which I thought was the right thing to do. Waiters were excellent!

My friend and I had a meal at your Watford branch. Very disappointing. Quality of food was bad, from start to finish. The olives tasted like vinegar. The ribeye steak (medium) was very fatty and grissly. The creamed spinach was cold and the green beans were hard and undercooked. The manager was very helpful and overall the service was good. Also not very professional when I walked to the toilet upstairs and passed the kitchen where I saw the chefs mucking about. I would suggest they need to concentrate more on the food! We won’t be visiting again

I've been a couple of times to Cote in Watford and am really impressed; the level of service is fantastic and much better than what I have experienced elsewhere in Watford. There was a mistake with my Mum's main course but it was sorted out quickly, and in a very professional manner.

Really good service even though it was busy a very attentive and efficient waiter. It is nicely set out and a great menu. I had the steak which was lovely and my good lady had the sea bream which she really enjoyed. A great experience and we will certainly be going back.

Service was excellent and gluten free range was also good. Only reason 5* not given is because only the manager could accept my gluten free request.

Great food and atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Loved it will definitely be back and will recommend. Also staff added a special touch with a glass of bubbly rack on arrival as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Our first experience at Cote was amazing! the food was great and the prices were reasonable. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because I felt that the service was a bit slow (after we got our food). Both times we had to flag a server down for something. But overall I was very pleased and will definitely come back.

The decor is perfect, The service was excellent. We went for breakfast, the food was good quality and cooked to perfection, and the price is exceptional value

Our server was excellent. Polite and hugely knowledgable aswell as extremely friendly. Didn’t catch his name but was absolutely wonderful. Food was superb and did not have to wait long at all. Would highly recommend. Will be going back for sure.

Restaurant is well decorated. Service is typical of uk chain restaurant where tgey ask "how is your meal" halfway through the mains, the respose being "everything except the interruption". Food is well presented but a little plain. Steak was overdone. Chips are excellent. I saw the head waitress pour the end of a bottle of wine into another wine bottle.

From the fabulous welcome, professional staff & wonderful food you couldn't fault it. Great choice on the menu, prompt attentive service, value for money with a manager that couldn't do enough. Full praise for all the staff.

Very slick service and lovely well cooked food. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, and the ambiance was lively and fun. Steak and chips were cracking.

Service was quite slow, staff often appeared to be chatting between themselves.our table was booked for 5.30, not a busy time and there seemed to be plenty of staff around. We had to wait ages to pay our bill. Green beans with salmon too crunchy. Rib eye steak okay but lacked flavour. Moules for the starter good.

Such a great Brasserie to arrive on Watford. We have been to lots of Cotes in London and also Amersham, love them. We have been looking forward to having a local one.

Air conditioning was either too low or not working, as was very hot. Server very good, food very nice. Complementary drinks were initially charged on bill, had to ask to have them removed

The staff are lovely; both attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere inside the brasserie and the noise level is not unbearable. The food good on the whole (although I had the poulet roti and found it to be quite dry).

This restaurant now goes on my “visit regularly” list. It is consistent in all aspects of quality, service and atmosphere. A fillet steak that is superior to the offerings of other established brands at that price range.

Always great service and food Cheese board needs some crackers but everything else is good fantastic

We had a wonderful meal and great service. I was out celebrating a friends birthday, I’d not told the restaurant this, but they must have heard me saying it and made a real fuss of us. I’d highly recommend it.

We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our meal The food was tasty, hot and well presented The set menu is good value This restaurant is most definitely an asset to Watford diners! We will be back for more !

Excellent food and really hight level big customer service. Seabass was delicious and Duck was one of the best I have ever tried. Wine selection is also really good. Definitely recommend.
