Very good customer service and an enjoyable day but service a little bit slow.

This was the first visit to Cote at Watford! The staff were very welcoming and we given a choice of where to sit. Despite being very busy, the atmosphere was unhurried and relaxing. Each of the three courses was delicious, well presented and the portions generous. Overall, a lovely experience!

Best restaurant in Watford. Been a few times now and it always delivers. Lovely ambiance, great wine list and delicious food, staff are friendly and attentive. What’s not to like?!

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the opening of Cotes in Watford and I’m pleased to say that I was not disappointed. Lovely breakfast and great service! I hope it stays this way!

Visited on Mother’s Day lunchtime and was satisfied with the service and ambiance of the restaurant. Food was nice but felt it was overpriced, would go again but for the money you pay I would expect a better experience.

My party of 5 ordered a variety of dishes, all superb. Quality produce, cooked to perfection. Desserts a real reminder of holidays in France. Good value for money as every morsel was devoured! Could do with some vegan choices as so to include all. Lovely, friendly, helpful service We’ll be back

Went to the newly opened Cote in Watford with my wife for my birthday dinner yesterday. We have visited a number of other branches of Cote before and was pleased to find that there is now a Cote local to me. The restaurant in Watford is very pleasantly decorated and well laid out. We had first class service from the waiting staff throughout the evening. The food was on par with the generally high standard we expected from Cote. Will definitely return. The only thing that can be improved is that the onion soup could be served a few degrees hotter but I am generally a fussy eater.

Not before time. Watford has been crying out for a restaurant of this quality for a long time. Excelent food, excellent service, five star. Well done. Another satisfied customer.

I am so delighted that you have opened within five minutes walk of my home. Fantastic meal, ordered calamari, steak and chocolate mousse and each course was amazing and so tasty. My first visit. Booked a table for 7.45 on a Saturday. Was very busy. Nicely decorated and good lighting.

Lovely evening with friends. Food was amazing and the staff were lovely. Slight criticism, I had phoned to say it was my friends birthday and they were going to make a bit of a fuss of her. They forgot. However, they did give her a bottle of wine when we left to make up for it. Definitely go again.

Nice place and really nice food for great price. Hard to eat soup from weird dish shape. Also it would be nice to have bread in anion soup for little pieces. It was really hard to eat it. Overall good experience.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive even though it was a busy Friday night. Tasty moules, frites, steaks and dessert. Cannot wait to come back

V nice setting, v comfortable. Staff friendly & attentive. Starters were poor - no bread with mussels? & pork was unnecessary in a dish like this. Pate was tasty, nice texture but desperately needed a piccalilli or or relish of some kind. Mains were better, good sea bass. Overall nice lunch, but needs a bit of fine tuning

Really impressed by the manager who went above and beyond to make up for a few mishaps during the meal, I think the experience would have been very different if he hadn't been on hand.

Wow so lovely to have a wide choice of food as a vegetarian you normally only have 2 or 3 choices. Was a great place to meet up with my old school mates on a mini school reunion. Service was just right too, will definitely be back.

The service was impeccable, friendly, professional and staff who clearly enjoyed what they do. The menu is wide enough that you can make return visits without getting bored. The food was well presented and all of us enjoyed our meal. The wines are reasonably priced and the surroundings make for an overall very pleasant experience. We will be back again soon.

Management accommodated our last minute request for more people on the booking, from 4 to 11! Great food, location and service. Will frequent this branch again.

Very polite, professional and attentive staff. The food is of a high standard and did not take long to arrive. Côte serves good coffee also and the restaurant has a very classy and welcoming ambience, which reflects its quality and standards. We used to dine at Bill’s but feel more at home at Côte. We prefer the food too. Well done to the team. Keep up the good work.

We have been to the watford branch twice the first time the breakfast was cold and today I cut into my sausage and found a long piece of black plastic inside! The staff are lovely and replaced my breakfast and took it off of the bill so overall the place is very nice

Lovely staff could not be more attentive(but not too much!) and so natural and relaxed making the experience a really nice evening - we will definitely be back. I also have never seen food arrive so fast at a French restaurant! Amazing efficiency a busy Friday night. Very buzzy, happy and chatty groups of patrons.

We were asked by four different people if everything was OK. To be asked by our waiter and the Manager would have been enough. This was an over kill.
