Very good customer service and an enjoyable day but service a little bit slow.

Very enjoyable evening, excellent service but not overbearing. Would be nice to have some beers on tap.

We have eaten here several times now and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Great food and atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Loved it will definitely be back and will recommend. Also staff added a special touch with a glass of bubbly rack on arrival as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Friendly attentive staff, busy and buzzing dining hall, great food and wine. What’s not to like?! I’m so glad we finally have a Côte in Watford, it’s a very welcome addition!

Food was lovely but everything was a bit slow. We arrived at 710pm and had mains and dessert by 920pm. If I was out with friends I wouldn’t have minded so much but it was for my birthday and I had my son with us. We waited ages to order then 40 minutes for mains. Then we waited again to order dessert. It was busy but I feel as service charge is added to all bills there’s no reason for anyone to try and give good service

Had a table for 6 people for breakfast and the restaurant was lovely and quiet, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. The wait for the breakfast was quite long (45 minutes) especially as the restaurant was quiet but when the food did arrive it did not disappoint, in fact we all commented that it was the best breakfast we have ever had and that we would all come back again, we just hope that when we go back the food service is quicker as we did not have a huge amount of spare time before we needed to get back to the office. Highly recommend though and if the mains are as good as the breakfast then I cannot wait to try them.

Lovely food, great atmosphere and service from Nickolas ... had the pork belly which was cooked to perfection and the service was just right, attentive but not over powering - well done - will certainly return.

Our second visit since it opened & another lovely experience. This time we were there for Mother’s Day brunch. The menu was varied, provided good value and the food was tasty. It was busy but the staff were calm, friendly & organised. Very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.

The evening was amazing, really good food and the service was also good. One point shocked me about my orders wine. He brings the whole bottle even though I didn't ordered the whole bottle.

Our server was excellent. Polite and hugely knowledgable aswell as extremely friendly. Didn’t catch his name but was absolutely wonderful. Food was superb and did not have to wait long at all. Would highly recommend. Will be going back for sure.

Good food, quiet weekday evening, attentive staff. Toilets are a bit of a walk up two long flights of stairs, there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor which made it easier. Some choices not available but suitable alternatives.

Great food and lovely staff. Only thing is it wasn’t clear that the reference to anchovies was to the palissidiere - we thought it was individual anchovies on a plate. Otherwise Côte as reliable as always.

Service was very slow and the manager was argumentative when we had to ask where the food was. However the food was delicious

We enjoyed a special birthday lunch. The food was excellent as usual. Our waiter Sam was fantastic.

Fantastic, professional and attentive staff, prepared a dish that wasn’t on the menu, nothing is to much trouble. Can’t wait to go again.

Helpful pleasant staff and comfortable environs. Tuna nicoise very tasty but all different temperatures which was somewhat disconcerting - fridge cold soft egg and potatoes, warm tuna and somewhere in between. Burgers uneven thickness and therefore unevenly cooked - part just right and part cremated - in hindsight we should have sent them back but with a theatre date looming there was no time for messing around

Disappointing starters arrived then nothing for an hour. Asked where our main courses were. Waitress said she’d check. In the meantime could see everyone else being served but not us. In the end asked manager again said she’d check. Told us wouldn’t be long. Food arrived but most of it was wrong. We just wanted to eat so accepted it. Mansgeress apologised took coffees off bill. Saturday night or not poor service. .

Another nice meal at Cote Brasserie, staff really are a credit to this branch, very good on each visit.

The restaurant looks good and seems to have a nice atmosphere but the haphazard and totally amateur level of service spoilt the evening which is a shame as the quality of the food was quite good. The food was very slow to come out and there was a long gap between various guests receiving the main orders and another gap whilst we waited for side orders meaning food got cold. Will not book again as this was not the first time the service was poor.

Very good food and service. The service was a bit slow to start with but improved considerably as time passed. The food was excellent but we could not understand why smoked salmon on toast was not included on the special breakfast menu as it is the same price as others which are included? One of our party wanted this but was told that it is not part of the special deal.

Food and service was fabulous. This restaurant never lets us down.

Not the best kids breakfast menu not the best veggie options. Language barrier when ordering resulted in some odd dishes being served.

Lovely meal very attentive staff. I’m a regular Customer. Two consecutive days this week! It was a bit noisy on the second occasion due to 2 small children and a table of 6 guys.

Mostly very good but one of our party of 4 had a disappointing main course of chicken. It was very dry and hard. We mentioned it to the waitress and was offered another course which we did not want.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Very helpful. They were very accommodating as we took our toddler. We had a lovely time.

Still a very good meal, but slightly short of the very high standards you’ve exhibited time and time again since opening.

Always have a lovely time at the Cote in Watford. Staff are extremely friendly, atmosphere is great and the food is to die for!! I've lost count of the number of times we've been but the fact that the staff pretty well know what drinks and starters we're going to order is a good sign!

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my mum’s birthday,. Fabulous service, food and ambience. Thank you to our waitress, Emilia, she was excellent. Value for money was great as was the pace of service.
