Food was good but service was dreadful. Was told our waitress was new as if that’s an acceptable excuse. Forgot the drinks I had to go to the bar as she’d forgotten and then we waited about 20 minutes or more before I again went to the bar to tell them we’d finished and could they take our plates and take our coffee order. Shoddy.

Excellent food, very tasty, both the small plates and the bigger ones, large portions, and good service.

It was very pleasant. Food was fresh and well prepared.

I can’t fault Cubes. The food was tasty, seasoned and cooked well and nicely presented. The staff are, friendly and accommodating. We were there for dinner, however we will return to try out the breakfast soon. Would recommend, great to see this independent restaurant stay in Crouch End.

Had been meaning for ages as we live nearby and we were not disappointed! The garden at the back is a little tranquil oasis. When I enquired about a salad as a main the chef offered to make me one which turned out absolutely delicious. Will definitely return.

We appreciated the great service which was attentive and friendly. We all enjoyed our fish entrees for dinner and the intimate, old world ambiance was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Crouch End. Food is delicious!

Excellent food and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can only comment on the vegetarian food, which was amongst the best in Crouch End. However, like most restaurants these days, there was only one veggie main, so we had a couple of starters instead. Nevertheless, excellent.

Great food - range of choices, decent portions and very tasty. Staff are v friendly. Overall a very nice evening / experience. Only disappointment was we didn't have space to try the desserts!

Cubes food seems to have improved a lot since we last went there.. not that it wasn't good before. Prices reflect that but when food is that good you don't mind so much. Shame that they no longer have live music on a Saturday night but I guess they needed the space as they were so full on the Saturday we went. We would give it a 5*.

Lovely food and cocktails. The only downside was a very noisy group of women on the table next to us which made it difficult for us to have our own conversation. The roof was also leaking a bit onto my seat in the garden room as it was raining heavily.
