Very hot no air con, no windows open 1 small fan at opposite end of restaurant. Had to leave we could not enjoy the beautiful food it was so uncomfortable. More fans should have been provided. Wasted my daughters birthday... poor staff ! Very disappointed. Most expensive hour wasted.

We went for lunch and had the market menu. Food was delicious: mussels followed by steak. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and great service.

The restaurant interior is gorgeous and & had a nice vibe. Service was great, the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately for us the food was a let down. The steak & sides were cold & there was not enough sauce. Expect more for the price you pay.

First time at Cut, both our meals were excellent as was the service. Will be back.

We had the Market Menu (not a wide choice). The starters were lovely. We each had the rump steak (supplement payable) and all three were perfectly cooked and delicious. Decent desserts and coffees. Excellent service and well presented tables.

Staff we’re pleasant enough though our starters arrive during before our drinks did. I also wrote on order form about it bringing my Sons birthday and the possibility of a private room. None of this mentioned at all.Food was lovely though I wouldn’t rush back I’m afraid.

Always a great experience visiting Cut... lovely food and drink 😊

Food was amazing however probably wouldn't go back as we felt we were a bother. The waiter really made us feel unwelcomed, when we asked to move and what I'd like from the menu. Very uncomfortable 1st visit to the restaurant.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back again. There were only a couple of small issues, we felt the waiting times between courses were a little too long and there was a woman at a table near us who was complaining about her food quite vocally. We were there to celebrate our twin daughter's 25th birthday and this spoilt the evening slightly for us. Apart from that,everything was excellent.

Staff and food were great, although we did order a sirloin and a fillet steak and got two fillets. We felt tables for 2 were a bit close, which may have been ok but the young couple at the next table were rather loud.

Food was ok, lacking in seasoning mostly. Service was pretty poor. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention at all throughout our visit which was a real shame. Value for money for sure but not sure I’d return

A fabulous experience . 2 of our party have food allergies and our waiter was so knowledgeable of the menu and could offer recommendations. Felt so comfortable dining knowing we were in good hands

Staff are second to none. Customer Service is of the highest standard. The gentleman who served us was exceptional and I wish we had gotten his name to compliment him to the manager at the time
