We waited 45 mins for main to arrive , it then came without a side of mac and cheese that we ordered, we then realised that both steak had been quickly made as they had obviously forgot our order, both steaks cooked rare and bloody, we asked for medium and med/rare due to me being pregnant and the cut of t steak - ribeye! I couldn’t eat mine and both were very fatty - server discounted us and I didn’t have to pay for my uneaten steak

to be honest we have been a few times now, but on sat we felt we were stuck in a table for 2 in the corner when rest of the place was empty , then another couple came in and were sat next to us - again jam packed into 2 wee tables when the place was empty - they 2 felt a bit uncomfortable as they were touching elbows with us and not exactly ideal for having a private discussion - i had the mussels - half the normal portion? tasteless also and hubby's rump steak was under-cooked - asked for medium and had to return it - still could'nt eat it so we bascialy drank up and left - a bit disapointed that a steak house didnt deliver on the steak

Excellent food, main course took a bit longer than expected to come out however was worth the wait.

Booked online with Quandoo and wasn’t made aware that our table would be in the bar NOT the restaurant. Same menu, same prices but cafe style tables and dreadful service. The noise was deafening and people kept walking past to get to the smoking area leaving us in a drought. My food wasn’t great but the rest of the party enjoyed theirs but I definitely would not be back now as the meal was totally spoiled for us. At c £60-£70 per head I expect better.

Wow please please please avoid this pub/ restaurant. Booked a table and was dumped in the bar area to be then subjected to a football match that was being shown and then invaded by an bus load of Celtic fans wearing colours, scarfs and flags. Couldn’t eat my dinner for them standing over the top of me. Decided to speak with management who have informed me that winning a treble treble is a massive thing and basically sees nothing wrong with it. Absolutely no consideration for me spending over £150 on a meal and subjected to this. Asked to speak to manager to be told he doesn’t speak with customers and offered a bottle of Prosecco. This is not the type of environment I expected to be subjected to and clearly CUT Bothwell Think watching a football match and subjecting innocent people to that environment is acceptable. If you want a nice meal in a lovey environment then avoid this location. Porter and Rye in Glasgow would be a much better choice for the money ur spending Would love to speak to the manager but clearly he doesn’t care for his customers that much.

Staff were excellent. Unfortunately my steak was over cooked and slightly over seared. Medium rare came out as medium well. Partners steak was perfect for her. As a normal British person, I of course said everything was great when the waiter asked 😂.

1st time in Cut, decor is lovely, service is top class & food was delish. unfortunately (as they are currently changing suppliers) there were no Pino available. a side wasnt served with our main, and came out once we were done, however they took off from the bill. we will defo return.
