The food is below average, nice surroundings but I would prefer better quality food than an aesthetically pleasing building.

Food was amazing and the staff were polite, friendly and attentive.

Restaurant was quiet but service was very slow. Drink was wrong and had to chase up desert.

Service was poor. Waited almost 90 minutes for main course. Apparently there was a function upstairs so the restaurant service suffered as a result. Food was okay, but have had much better experiences at Cut. Really disappointed

First time at Cut and very disappointing. We were met by a young lad dressed in cycling shorts and a t-shirt not very impressive for a top rated restaurant. Where we got seated it was freezing had to move table. Ordered drinks waited 15 minutes, that's after my Husband has to ask again. Not at anytime were we asked if everything was ok or if we would like another drink. After the main course, 20 minutes later I asked for the bill, I did want desserts but was never asked if I would like anything. I never tipped the staff, something I never do, through total disappointment. Coming to a top rated restaurant I would have expected better.

It did not meet my expectations. I was expecting really superb quality food due to prices, however this was not the case. The seafood cocktail was poor consisting on watery sauce due to salad not being dried after washing and prawns were cheap quality. Crayfish chewy. Scallops were cold. Mains were average including rib eye steak and chicken waffles. On a positive note cocktails were lovely and staff were nice and attentive.

Food great and service was really good. Hadn’t been for a while but what a really nice team that was there on a busy Saturday looking after everyone. Will definitely go back and not wait as long next time.

The food was delicious albeit a bit cold. Hot plates would be nice. All the staff were attentive and very hard working. The place itself lacks atmosphere. Perhaps a bit of live music on a Sunday and a refreshing colourful bright decor might be a bit more buzzy. Other than that it’s defo worth a visit for the roast dinner alone 👍👍

Was at cut for the first time last night and wasn’t impressed at all,the place was grubby and could do with a good clean tbh,waiting staff were fine and the chefs are fine too. Food portions are small and basic. This is pub food at best,certainly ain’t worth the money they charge. I would have had better value for money next door at the Cricklewood at half the price. Won’t recommend. Thanks 👎

Fantastic best word to describe our night at Cut. From arriving early and getting a table, quality of food and the service was first class. We both agreed that Cut is our favourite local restaurant and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you to all the staff keep up the good work
