Had a great meal for 4. Food came out delicious and hot. Would go again.

There was a pizza offer on 241 but the pizza choice was poor which was disappointing. Only 3 options (one being margarita) there was a group of us and as it was pizza offer we thought there would be a better choice of toppings.

Staff were really friendly. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sadly disappointing, from the service at the bar when we arrived, slow and not the happiest of bar staff apart from a young guy. Had to wait approx 45 minutes for our starter. My fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium, however, in all fairness, the team did recognise this and removed the fillet steak from the bill, which was an appropriate gesture. Food was just ok, but ambience sadly lacking.

Not really busy so can’t answer the questionnaire properly. Lauren our server was very good

Went on foggy late Sunday afternoon. Walked into almost empty pub to be told by rude bar woman that they weren’t taking walk ins as they were too busy. Walked out and booked online and walked back in!!! Have been a number of times and food was good. We wouldn’t have bothered going back in if there was anywhere else serving food at that time. Really need to get their front of house staff sorted.

Thought restaurant was far too dark. Unimpressed with ladies toilet seats not fitting properly and the hand dryer not working and no paper towels either. Food on the whole was very good apart from one main meal which was nothing like the description on the menu.

3rd Visit, would recommend, value for money, see you soon

The place was vibrant, great atmosphere but unfortunately we had to flag someone down to take our order for food as well as drinks and felt the service could have been more attentive. I personally had lamb shank but there was not much meat compared to what I have had previously.

First visit hetr, very impressed with menu choice, had their burgers and chips, lovely,. Very friendly staff, device very good. Have already booked for a Xmas meal with other halves

The service was poor we had our food before our drinks came! The girl didn’t come over to check our food was okay and just took forever to clear plates away.

Service and quiet atmosphere were very good. Background music not quite to our taste but we're 'oldies' ! Food was excellent but beware of portion sizes. We knew when the starters came- I've had smaller main courses elsewhere. Came home well pleased; I'm so glad this place has not closed but re-opened with a new vigour - better than ever.

The tables are a bit too close together and we had to move from a table that was really for two, not four and it was next to the till and in the walkway to and from the kitchen! That said the staff moved us, albeit at the second time of asking! The food was very good again and the staff efficient and polite. Been here several times and always very good. Thank you

It has been a long time since I have been here, due to the fact the last experience was very poor, glad to say I gave it another go, the place is a gem, lovely enthusiastic staff, great mix of clientele, great value for money *****

All ok - friendly staff- food good. Only complaint- it was quite chilly in the restaurant.

Beautiful food and great service. Could be a little warmer in there though. We will be back!

The lighting was a bit strange - shining in our eyes on arrival so waiter kindly adjusted it but then could barely see what we were eating. Food ok - the profiterole dessert however was a bit gross - massive helping in a big glass - just cream and sweetness and far too much. Crumble was a bit imbalanced and could have done with more crumble topping. Fish n chips was good. Lamb shanks were a bit overcooked on the outside and meat not quite soft enough to fall off the bone. A good, not great, meal, and the ambiance ( though a bit noisy) and staff were good.

Wonderful staff as always! Best pub in the village by far!

Six ladies having a catch up, was well looked after, food was lovely, well recommended.
