DUM Biryani House

All of the servers had an attitude and were really standoffish. Our waitress seemed genuinely surprised and affronted when we asked about the menu or for more drinks. Food was dry and I ordered the vegetable biryani which was supposed to contain "seasonable vegetables" but was actually just dry rice, paneer and green beans. Drinks were good but v expensive for a half full glass. Took 20 minutes to ask someone for the bill and when it came, noone came over to collect payment. When we finally got someone's att nation, they said "well you pay at the counter, there's no card signal in here". Would have been nice if they'd said that rather than leaving us in there for 15 minutes and looking at us like we were stupid.

Great food! May be a tad bit expensive for what it's worth

Went here with some friends on a quiet Sunday evening. Food was nicely presented and the service attentive and friendly. Reasonably priced, too. Recommended.

Really loved the lamb biryani . It was full of flavour, and very tender . Enjoyed the unique okra raita.

Starters specially Dahi Kebab in veg and Prawns and chicken 65 in non-veg are excellent. Cocktails are too good, must try haramzade. And of course chicken Biryani is just delicious.

Food was delicious, organised chaos in and around bar as it was quite busy, lots of dirty tables, not enough staff I guess. I imagine a few would struggle with the hotness of the food, I enjoyed it.

Biryani could have been shared between too people, portions were large, but when we asked if it was large enough to share the staff said no. As a result a lot of the food was wasted and our bill was very high.

First time ever trying biryani and went here per a friend's recommendation. Highly recommended!

Great food and attentive service without being overbearing. Good for groups but make sure you book a table (groups of 5 or more only, otherwise first come first serve).

waiting staff arent attentive and actually rude at times - simple training would fix though and will improve the experience. Food was bland and boring. Dont think theres going to be a return visit...sorry!
