Food was lovely but the service was the slowest I've ever experience and spoilt our evening. The staff were completely rushed off their feet and it seemed very unorganised
We enjoyed our meal and our waiter was very helpful with choosing our dishes The restaurant was very clean Only negative for us wasn’t anything to do with the restaurant was the taxi driver didn’t know where the restaurant was
It’s a while since we visited, simply due to the car park issue since the fire there. We parked without any problem whatsoever. Even with a concert on at the Echo Arena, both the food and service were outstanding
Always gorgeous food beautiful surroundings and fab staff lovely place to go. We always book here before we go to a concert in the arena which is literally 50 steps away from this fab place..
Excellent service by all staff . Lovely food generous portions and good price . Very accommodating to families . Only criticism was that the temperature in the restaurant was a little chilly as I think there was a back door left open
Excellent food and service. Been here many times before and never been disappointed. Would recommend to anyone. I look forward to coming here again, definitely worth the money.
Lovely food and staff but quite expensive in my opinion almost £3 for a child’s drink almost £200 for 4 adults and 3 children and that’s without wine!
Our dining experience at this restaurant was very enjoyable. The Staff and management were very attentive. The food was excellent. I would definitely go again when in town.
Luke our waiter made the evening one to remember. Food was superb, good atmosphere in the restaurant , throughly recommend and would certainly revisit next time we visit Liverpool.
A great atmosphere, great food and excellent service. First time visiting this chain and we couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
Very enjoyable evening ,staff excellent ,meal v/good if your in Liverpool and Need a curry this is the place to go you won’t regret it
A must place to enjoy good quality food, good choice of food ,friendly staff, excellent atmosphere. Just enjoy before going to the echo arena fully recommended
An excellent meal in a unique atmosphere. The best Garlic and Coriander naan bread we have ever tasted the Bhuna was exceptional. Highly recommended. Willtry and visit the new restaurant in Blackburn.
Great service. Superb varied menu. All the usual favourites plus some Chef specials. I asked for recommendations and my waiter certainly didn’t fail. I’d definitely recommend a visit.
Lovely atmosphere, great food, waited a little longer for food and drinks than expected but was quite busy with the conference going on nearby. Only problem is no more free parking, nearby paid parking is approx 7 quid for more than 2 hours so factor this in.
Not expecting us despite booking. Had to wait for some time to be given a table even though restaurant was quiet. Waiter attention was poor. Food ok
Lovely food, great service just the seating area let it down. Our booth seat was ripped badly and had been taped down. No other complaints.
Great food, as usual. Got to use my gourmet society card and 2 for 1 cocktails. All is well. Waiter was spot on too. Hi.
The staff make this restaurant always remember you if you have visited before child friendly restaurant lots of space . Food good quality and plentiful
We booked this restaurant to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. This was such a good decision! I emailed the restaurant requesting a nice quiet table. When we arrived, we were shown to our table by the manager Tony. We were so surprised, at all the effort , Tony and his staff had made to make this such a memorable evening. The table was decorated in red roses and petals with heart shaped tealights it was absolutely wonderful! As requested we were in a secluded quiet part of the restaurant. We ordered our food which was delicious and extremely tasty. The food portions were a good size and all reasonably priced. We were asked throughout the evening if everything was all right and if we needed anything else. We were also given a glass of Bailey's each" on the house " EastZEast provides an exceptional standard of food, a helpful and professional staff and a lovely restaurant environment. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Tony and all the staff for making our anniversary so special and memorable we will certainly be back soon. Claire and Ian Burbridge
lovely location and athmosphere. service was absolutley perfect. the food was tasty. prices are on the high side but i am guessimg thats due to location.
This restaurant serves super fresh food that is delicious and beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are very helpful and service is professional and efficient. The decor is comfortable and the restaurant is very clean. A lovely place to enjoy authentic Indian food.
Good atmosphere, pleasant efficient staff, top marks for the waiter putting up with grumpy Kath 😉 In our group, lovely evening, My wife highly recommmends the tandoori bass, we'll hopefully be back next year😀
Food was amazing. Restaurant was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would say this is the best Indian in Liverpool. If you haven’t tried it, I would highly recommend it.
Had a lovely meal. Restaurant was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The drinks are quite pricey £5.95 for a pint of larger. If you like India food this is a must try.
Excellent service , food was great and portions where plentiful . Good value for money once again .
Visited with family . Excellent service once again . Good value . Staff recommended main courses and were lovely as described
. Great service . Excellent portions . Good value for money and family friendly . Staff great with my son nothing too much trouble
Excellent as usual . Great service , good portions . Good value for money overall . Would recommend
Great restaurant; settings are beautiful; and food is good quality. Service is friendly and attentive. Never had an issue with east z east food wherever you go!
This place never disappoints. On arrival we were greeted and shown to our table. our waiter turned around and saw a booth had been vacated, he asked us to wait whilst he got that ready as it would give us more room for our party of four. The food as always was lovely and fresh and I always say the pickle tray and family naan bread gorgeous. well worth a visit and we will be back again.
Excellent food and service as always, couldn't fault it. The menu choice is varied, family naan amazing and as for the chutney tray, say no more
Staff were good ,food was very good , be warned it’s large portions
Food was great but very expensive for drinks there's no reason for the prices to be that high I don't think we will go back again there are cheaper places in liverpool
All was perfect. The food, customer service, & atmosphere were all great. The price was reasonable, & the quantity, along with the quality was excellent. Highly recommended.
Food excellent 5 star, service very good and reasonably priced. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there were young children there later in the evening running around and being very noisy which you don’t want in the evening if your out for a nice quiet meal.
Great restaurant and lovely food, quite expensive but worth it. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and so handy for the arena when watching a concert.
Excellent meal in lovely surroundings. We were looked after very well by Beth, who was polite and attentive. We would definitely recommend visiting if you like Indian food.
Fantastic as usual . Excellent service and outstanding food. Good value for money
It was my first time here with my husband and we had a fantastic meal everything was fresh and cooked to perfection the service was second to none I would highly recommend paying a visit here you will not be disappointed we will definitely be returning .
Great service, didn't have to wait a long time, plenty of lovely food and not expensive. Will definitely be going back next time we are in Liverpool.
We loved it on our first visit and took friends this time who loved it also. The food is excellent and the cocktails are fantastic
As always a lovely meal at EastzEast. The waiter asked us to wait whilst he made a booth up for us as it had more room and it was worth the wait. Asked for a couple of extra chutneys and got a whole tray again at no extra charge. Will definitely be visiting again
Too busy and the food wasn’t the greatest. Was a Saturday night to be fair.
food was amazing and staff were really helpful! would defo recommend!
always eat here. when going to see a show at the echo. brilliant atmosphere. bill could be lower
Beautiful food, great service, lovely setting and atmosphere. Bill was relatively low considering the quality. The wine wasn't my favourite, but maybe we just chose badly.
We were attending a show at the echo arena which started at 8pm. Therefore booked a table for 6:15pm knowing we'd have plenty of time to eat before the show. We arrived at around 6pm and were promptly seated at our table. Drinks and food order taken then starters arrived after about 20 minutes of ordering. They were lovely and cleared away. Then we waited well over an hour for our main meal and had to ask where it was at 7:35pm as we were going to be late. It eventually turned up about 7:45 which unfortunately left us without enough time to finish our meals before we had to leave at 7:58. We had to ask for our bill while we were still eating. The food was lovely but it was such a shame we had to leave half of it as we didn't want to miss the show. One of the main courses also had a hair in when it arrived, which was taken away and replaced without question. We had received some free poppadoms for our wait but would rather have had enough time to enjoy our meal.
The food was fine however we waited a long time for everything . It was a full restaurant with not enough staff which resulted in very poor service. The drinks order took 20 minutes to arrive, the main courses over an hour and a half and then they didn’t arrive together. I had to wait another 15 minutes after my friends had been served. This is not the experience we had last time however based on this we probably won’t go there again.
Took some work colleagues as having been to the restaurant before I was confident the quality of food would be impressive, it didn't disappoint, excellent feedback from my colleagues some of whom were discerning eaters of Indian food, highly recommended.
