Everything fine but nothing to write home about and wouldn't rush back. Pretty expensive too

It was very bad service tonight been here before with other people the service was excellent I brought my family along it was really bad I think they’re concentrating on new years eve ??

Lovely food. Quick service. Clean environment and lovely ambiance. Would definitely recommend to guests staying at the hotel. Even had a kids menu which was a surprise

Staying at Crowne Plaza for a while, so is good to know we have such a lovely restaurant on site. Delicious vegan food with lovely, attentive staff - Definitely recommend dhal and onion baaji - Best ever :)

The food arrived on the table quite late. The food were very spicy and we were struggling to eat. The stuff could not help .

The 50% off the whole meal TasteCard Discount was not applied and yet the server said they had applied it to the meal. I wasn’t impressed by this. The food was good though.

Poor service. Charged £2.50 for raita they said is served upon request. tried to make us pay despite using a voucher bought from their site.

Small portions, nicely cooked, very expensive, service fast and efficient. Doesn't compare to my local viĺlage Tandòori restaurant in Devon for price or portion size and Although nice flavours not as delicious either.

Food quality seems to have dropped than before. Not that's great taste as it used to be. 1 of our mains was too salty and we had to return it back. Seems a lot of staff have changed now.

Flavourful meal, Lamb Rogan Josh was cooked and flavoured to perfection, Naan bread fresh and tasty. Evening spoiled a bit by loud music disco night preparation?

The table given to us was very small. Food was served cold and it was tasteless. Absolute waste of money and time. Would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was very nice but the service was very poor, we waited and waited for the food it took them ages to bring the food. Asked for hot gulab jamun and it took 20 min for them to bring......it was cold ☹️

Went for dinner..average food..decent service and ambience. condiments not served with starters or food. Portion sizes small. Biryani below average, used small grain rice which was a first.

Loved it! The managers there are extremely helpful. They always made sure we were OK. Being vegetarians we were really well catered for. Will def go back

Food, the vibe of the location and venue was lovely. The staffs were very friendley and the food was surved quickley and presented well. Location was easily found.

Really good restaurant, plenty of choice. Staff are really knowledgable about the menu so can help you out if you don't know what you want. Bit expensive as they add a service charge but still worth it as it's really great food. Better than any Indian restaurant I've ever been to. 5/6 because they don't serve chips and it is pretty expensive. Came to £82 for 2 courses and 2 pints for 2 people. Staff take the empty plates away as soon as you're done which is a nice touch.

Slow service, with meals coming out at different times, causing food to go cold whilst waiting for the others and accomlamants to arrive. Some dishes were swimming in fat and overall very disapoimting considering the high end price tag.

Great authentic indian food, love the restaurant's relax environment and the friendly staff. I would very strongly recommend the Eriki @ the Crowne Plaza Heathrow.

good attention, but very artificial, very fast, no real depth almost stressful you dont have time to finish your plate, its already gone, if you dont take water, glass is taken away immediately food was good, not great, seemed also rushed looks like those guys are running escaping from something

Good food - but not the worth the money paid, there are some great restaurants around which are much less than this price & better taste & quality!

Nice touch to have a table reserved in a busy restaurant due to reserving via Quandoo. Excellent service. Fresh ingredients and we'll presented food.. Enjoyed the experience..

The Indian food was excellent and tasty. My husband said they were the best lamb chops starter he had ever had. Peshwari nan was cooked and served lovely but a bit too much sugar in rather than almonds. Service was very good. Please note though they put VAT on after which wrong.

Amazing & delicious food. A great chef, the best Indian restaurant we have come across. Great staff, great restaurant manager, great staff. Love Eriki and we will be back here for years to come. Thank you Eriki for making our evening extra special.

Excellent Service waiters were very nice and polite & Food was delicious. Loved the decor of the restaurant very clean. The only thing was the parking is very expensive £3 per hour :((

Went for a company Xmas meal, Lovely food and great that we could use the Taste card. The staff could have been a bit more attentive but the delicious food made up for it. The only shame was that they closed at 11 and then the hotel bar refused to serve us as we were not hotel guests.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at Eriki, and will be returning very soon, food was delicious and waited on by fantastic staff who made our dinning experience very comfortable and enjoyable especially as we had our young son with us.

Great ambience, extraordinary service and food to remember. One of the best Indian restaurants in Heathrow area. Very good for business meetings, Free parking is a bonus. Definitely return again.

Good restaurant, food reminiscent of a top Indian hotel - 'cheffy' but not contrived - good flavours and particularly good on veggie options. Didn't have the reservation though!
