Fancy Crab

Service was great,food looks great but my dish lacked flavour & seasoning.I had the seafood cocktail which presentation was great but bland taste & not sure where guagomole came from & then the fish pie £20 was taste less & medium size ,£3 for table water,so quite expensive.

excellent food and service! nice place for lunch and dinner! perfect location! crabs and oysters deserve the visit! ink squid pappardelle delicious and really well cooked!

My bf and I spent an happy time having a nice and quite lunch today. A very festive place for the Christmas season. Tasty food and good portions. Great service. We'll came back soon!

Not worth the money and the service is lack lustre. Food was over seasoned and spoilt the crab flavour and the dishwasher that they call cocktails are overpriced. Big easy or Burger and lobster has better quality service where they are attentive, reasonably priced and you leave full. 2 courses and a drink for 2 £129. Should have shopped in Waitrose and cooked it myself.

Overpriced for very small portions and the cheapest bottle of wine was £38. Very disappointing. Would never go again and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Best restaurant ever made me and my mum feel so special it was her birthday couldn’t of picked a better place lovely lobster and staff members

Very nice evening, food was good and service excellent. Portions were not very big but very tasty. My girl loved it as well, will probably come back. Do try the Rosemary Gin.

It's just a random restaurant , the branch menu was really just ok. Crab omelet is so so and latte is too light for me.

Absolutely delicious. Girls night out. All happily full from start to finish. Lots of must eats - tempura crab, popcorn calamari, oysters, burrata, baked crab, chilli crab, crab pasta, chocolate fondant and lemon pie. Great wine choices too. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Really good food and service. Reasonable price. Good location. The crab omelette was nice but could have been a little larger. Chocolate fondant was divine!

Abbiamo cenato al Francy Crab, il ristorante si arriva in my fair a due passi da Selfrige l’ambiente è raffinato, siamo partiti degustando ostriche eccezionali poi abbiamo apprezzato le King Crab legs gratinate. Il personale é stato gentile e disponibile, con un cenno particolare al cameriere che parla Italiano.. Bravo!!

Wouldn’t return, very average seafood. Bar ran out if champagne due to lack of stock delivery and had a bad attitude to boot. Plenty other seafood restaurants to try before resorting to this.

Really poor service, we had the lunch offer & food portion was so small. Very disappointed ☹️ Will not be visiting again no wonder there was only 2 other people eating in the whole restaurant at 4.30pm

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and delicious food and cocktails. Only complaint would be they didn’t have a allergy menu, had to rely on the manager, not great or comforting when you have severe allergy.

Had the house platter for starters which was lovely, and the lobster and crab leg gratin (which I much preferred). So food was excellent and the interior was decorated great! However two waitresses that didn't serve us I noticed kept on giving me these quite dirty and judgy looks, not sure why but made me and my boyfriend feel a bit out of place especially because we're young and Asian and therefore the minority in the restaurant lol. When we left I was given a weird look after taking a video of the place to keep as a memory. So the staff felt pretentious and snobby but apart from that had fun with my partner

Nice food, service was ok, a bit slow with the drink (the waitress forgot to put my drink through) too fast with the food, thinking if coming back for giving a second chance.

Always great food, staff attentive but not overbearing, great ambience, you have kind of got to like crab but if you do, it’s a winner!

It’s just too expensive. I know crab isn’t cheap but £23 for a burger with not much crab meat in it. Bring the prices down. Tasted good though.

Our hungarian waitress was so lovely and explained the set up of the restaurant and all about the crabs which made the whole experience special . She never hesitated to fill up our glasses and the food was delicious . We loved it

Casual dining, but in a fancy place! The atmosphere was great, the staff were very welcoming and always at hand. The food tasted delicious and presentation of it was great. Just make sure that if you want tap water, to ask for it otherwise you are charged £3 for 'Fancy Still Water'.

It’s good food but not satisfying and price is bit too much, not sure if we will still dine in with fancy crab but you need to try it thanks

Very nice setting. However, sitting was not perfect. The food was ok. I had lobster with salad. Lovely presentation of the food. The staff were very friendly and we didn't feel rushed to eat our food. The Proccecco had me a bit. But thoroughly enjoyed the company of my friends in a stylish, welcoming restaurant.

Good atmosphere, excellent staff and service. From a price point I thought it was not to dure. I believe the food itself lacked flavour, a few sprinklings of a good sea salt might go a long way.

Amazing,the stuff is very friendly and helpful and th food,no words,we had an amazing evening.Can t wait to go back and spoil us with their cuisine

Had a lovely meal food was great and service was excellent, was easy to find , I did misunderstand the £15pp bottomless Prosecco and brunch though this price is only for the presseco

Excellent service, brilliant food and a incredible time spent at brunch. Definitely will be back and a new suggestion for anyone to go to for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Very friendly and great service, quick food delivery and very very tasty! loved the steak and the crab benedict, perfect portion size! Also delicious creme brulee.

I must say the customer service is great and the manager is quick on the ball. I love how they take to advice on the menu. I don’t remember if the asked me if I wanted dessert or pointed out the loo or offered to take my jacket. It being such an expensive restaurant I think they should offer that. I will be there again to try other dishes. Hopefully I can bring ideas to the menu. 🙏🏽

Amazing food and the absolute highlight was the Singapore crab! Have that with an additional 200g of leg meat and you are on to a pricy but amazing dish! Easily enough for 2 to share. If you like seafood this is a must!

We ordered the premium platter but overlook the list of seafood on the actual platter itself with two additional starters. We were quite surprised when we received the platter, there weren't any crabs on the platter. We just assumed with the restaurant being called Fancy Crabs, all the seafood platters would have crabs (but on the menu it does state everything but crabs). For improvements to the menu, we suggest being able to add crabs to the seafood platters would be nice. Also, we felt the platter could be filled a bit more mussels & clams to make it feel more like a premium platter. There's no doubt the seafood tastes really fresh especially the oysters (2 oyster in a premium platter between two person isn't enough really). We left the restaurant feeling slightly disappointed & half full. Our bill totalled to around £70 inc.tips. (not cheap but seafood is never cheap). We won't be in any hurry to come back since there are many restaurants in London that offers just a bit more.

Great service, went for the £15 bottomless Prosecco option and they were very generous with the bubbles. Gorgeous decor and I will definitely be back :)

Nice restaurant in the heart of London great for seafood lovers. If you love crab and lobster this is the place to try, reasonably priced.

Great service. Really tasty food. However the lower floor where the toilets were reaked. To be fair I know things like this happen and it probably was a situation out of their control. I’m sure they are working to get it fixed. I hope they do quickly so that it doesn’t give a bad impression!!

Food was very nicely presented. Our thought mainly was that the food & drink a little over priced for what we had. Staff also very friendly.
