nearly everything was excellent -- the fish soup deserves a special mention.
Enjoyable lunch, liked the menu adapted to Christmas, swift and efficient service and good place to talk, not noisy
Fish and ingredients always high quality but portion size small which is why it’s not achieved a higher mark. Wait staff are lovely.
Best fish & chips in London casual dinning at its best👌
Great food helpful staff - rather noisey . Will certainly come again but not with my deaf husband
Wonderful delicious food with great service. Another great visit, thank you!
Always such a good meal, lovely atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. Can’t wait to return!
Great service team as always, and the Christmas Menu is excellent food and great value for money.
My guest who has dined there a number of times previously was disappointed. This was my first time. Service was fine and unobtrusive. The soup was rather under seasoned and lukecwaarm.
Amazing food, good quality ingredients well prepared. Extremely helpful and charming staff. Have eaten here many times and look forward to returning.
Excellent fish, relaxed vibe, superb service, slightly expensive wines knock it down a rating
been a few times and almost all was very good. My table had calamari, mussels and bread to start all good. The mussels were in a sauce I found too creamy and not enough depth, calamari was lovely and crispy. Oven baked seabass was lovely and much enjoyed. The lobster with garlic butter was a little on the small side and the butter lacked garlic. Husband loved the garlic prawns and ordered double. IMHO give the seafood linguine a miss. Again the sauce lacked seasoning and depth of flavour other than fresh tomato and the squid rings were chewy. The best part was the double cooked chips :)
Used to be better - we have been regular customers for years. Not as good as previously.
Excellent visit - pls retain the friendly , welcoming Atmosphere along with quality food.
Staff were lovely, very attentive and super friendly , !
We enjoyed the holiday prix fixe special. Scallops were ok and the halibut was very good.
Excellent as always Staff friendly and attentive Food and drinks first rate
Delicious fish, quiet alcove for a group gathering. Service a little slow.
Lovely fresh fish, delicious wine, good service especially as they seated us earlier than our booking. My friend was impressed and will definitely come again, so a new potential customer!
Delicious food with great service. Very helpful staff. Clean and hygienic place.
Excellent fish as previously - on this occasion sea bream.
Very good service and excellent food and ambience. Will certainly return.
Service was great and food came very quickly, but the food itself was just a bit ordinary - not bad but not memorable. Fish was a bit over cooked. Chips weren't great and veg was just unpalatable.
Lovely fish and sides Service a bit dull , waiters not over friendly
Great food, will go back again very soon - thanks
Lacklustre service and food very expensive for what it was.
Great food, great service; always a great experience at Fishworks.
Hello i love this restaurant and have visited frequently and but yesterday my lobster was small and very over cooked My friend had halibut which was also overcooked and his pasta dish was bland at best Overall we had a very poor experience
We had a perfect time at FishWorks. Food, service and atmosphere were just perfect.
Service excellent, food mediocre! Expensive as expected. Good location for us!
A welcoming place , with fresh products from the sea, all yummy!
Attentive waiter and delicious food and wine in lovely dining atmosphere
Lovely menu with variety. Tasty food and very attentive staff.
We had cod and chips but unfortunately the fish was so overcooked and the batter so hard we could hardly break it open. We did complain and the cost was deducted from our bill and an apology was made. However we were disappointed and would have preferred a lovely lunch
Haddock great time at Fishworks — from start to fin-ish, it was simply kriller. Nestled in Marylebone, this place is no small fry; it’s the plaice to be if you're angling for seafood that truly scales up your expectations. The oysters were shuckingly fresh, and the sea bass? Off the hook. My friend tried the lobster, and let’s just say she shell-abrated every bite. The staff were so attentive, it was like they cod read our minds — always ready to help without being shellfish with their time. Yes, the bill was a little salty, but with food this good, I was happy to shell out. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a deep dive into the full menu, Fishworks will lure you in — and trust me, you’ll be hooked. Five stars — no trout about it.
The food was delicious but it was pricey The portions were on the small side
As always, delicious food served quickly and a relaxing atmosphere
Very nice, clean, great service with great food choices. I enjoyed my time eating there and will go back again.
Very good staff. Fish excellent. Chips a bit under par.

Great fresh fish, lobster and crab. Friendly atmosphere and staff.
Lovely place would highly recommend the food was amazing. Will be returning
The yellow fin tuna was lovely. Cooked just how I like it. Altogether we really enjoyed our meals.
What a delicious seafood place, there is more seafood than spaghetti in the pasta dish
Best halibut and chips! Superb - Staff very friendly and efficient.
It was fine bur service was slow. Otherwise it was ok
We love the vibe, casual, friendly and very professional. Food is always good, small but excellent wine list. One of my favourite venues.
Food mostly fine, except for the King Scallops, which were mostly crumb and very dry.
