Sat us by the door very cool draft still enjoyed the meal

Staff were lovely and the place looked nice. Was disappointed that they ran out of dosa. Starter was way too hot. The main was full of oil and got stuck in my throat. Should have been cooked in gher. Not an authentic indian experience..won't recommend and wont return

Friendly staff. Meals were very tasty. Not as much choice on menu when compared with online menu. Had to ask for some more drinks 3 times,but it was very busy. Would definitely go again

Great first time visit, food lovely, nice portion sizes. Very friendly staff.

Terrible service. Never asked how food was, served by different waiter for everthing. Chicken leg starter fatty and underdone. Had to ask for menus, drinks slow to arrive and place is generally very chaotic. Poor experience all round. Waiter had cheek to watch and hover over us count out change for the bill.

Starters were excellent our party of 10 had a good selection to compare. The madras sauce had no heat and unfortunately the waiter was not interested in offering any options.

Great food, service and very friendly staff. Express lunch good value for money and nice ambiance in restaurant. Will definitely be returning. Nice place for a special celebration.

As it was St Valentines day, the restaurant was very busy with most tables taken. There were plenty of staff available so service was good as was the food.

Food was absolutely superb. Restaurant was laid to a high standard. I loved the cutlery. Service could be a little better but will definitely go back.

Poor service by Waiter Served us a main course which we did not even order . Waiter would not change to what we ordered Other customers arguing & not happy in resturtant . Some customers walked out.. Found experience in resturtant very odd Would not recommend

Five Rivers used to feel special. It definitely does not feel that any more. The little touches are gone. The staff are unengaging. The food is so so The atmosphere is dull dull dull They seat everyone all tables close together. WHY??? It’s not pleasant. Won’t be going back there.

Really disappointed they refused to let us use our Barclays reward discount even though terms and conditions were met. Meal was for sons birthday so everyone extremely disappointed. Won’t ever go there again!

Great flavour combinations with warm and friendly staff. Although the restaurant was busy we weren't rushed and it wasn't too loud either in spite of the Christmas party!

Excellent lunchtime meal, good value, good service . We come here on a regular basis it's that good. Highly recommended for either lunchtime or evening meal.

Five Rivers offer an excellent choice of Rubys, that will satisfy everyone from the timid to the seasoned currymeister. The ambiance is pleasant and the prices and hospitality are excellent.

The food was excellent as usual. Our favourite Indian restaurant. Service good despite the restaurant being extremely busy with several large parties. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely atmosphere, staff very polite and attentive, the food was absolutely amazing, so full of flavour, spice that doesn't just burn your mouth out and leave you with that horrible taste in your mouth later. Good size portions as well. Our first time visiting but booked again on the night for our next visit; can't wait!

Nice chicken and vegetarian spinach curries but don't recommend prawn curry at all. Extremely sweet and chewy. Helpful staff even though they start laying the tables very loudly at the end of the meal. Time to go home!

Food EXCELLENT , poor service ,we hadn't sat down and our popdoms were on the table no menu for us to look at to see the ingredients in main course four different waiters came to sever us at different times , we had to ask for our drinks , They were not happy in there work . And brought us our bill before we had asked for it, more or less here's you bill now go . We have been before and recommended The five rivers to our friends because we had excellent service 6 months ago .

It was the most terrible experience. It was a treat from me to my father & nephew who were visiting us from India. The service was very bad, food was not great. I ordered two starters: Non veg platter and Fish amritsari. Chicken was hard, fish was not great. There were no sauce to go with the starters which was priced high. The waiters & the server took almost 15-20 mins in the beginning to come and take order. For the starters they took more than half hour to be served. The order taken for mains were late as well it took them around 30-45 mins to serve. Poppadoms were not served. Mains -chicken dish had to be returned as it was not palatable & had to be returned. We ordered Prawns Gassi a speciality from mangalore as clearly mentioned in the menu, being mangalorean I can confirm it was not even close to any Gassi dish. All the mains for some reason was sour. Plates were not cleared on time. When asked, the answer was bear with us we are busy. The bill had both chicken and poppadoms which we had to return to amend and send revise bill. I won't be going back again. It was a total put off show.

Excellent meal and service. Catered for my Gluten and Dairy intolerance and was fabulous. There were 10 of us and all enjoyed the food. I will definitely be returning very soon

I visited at lunchtime and wasn’t too keen on the set menu. Good value but I’d have rather had more choice. The food was ok but nothing great.

Overall very good. Bit noisy but in a full restaurant inc a birthday party that’s to be expected and sitting away from main hubbub didn’t detract from the experience. No sauces or salad with mixed platter starters: had to request the raita etc to be provided. Bit mean with king prawns in main dish ( only 4). Made all the worse by the dish ( king prawn gassi) being so tasty. Overall standard of food very good and a pretty good evening all round. Hadn’t been their for some years but will visit again soon .

The restaurant seems slightly too dark. The food and service was ok.

Great food but half poppadums and naans, good service on a busy Saturday evening. Dessert menu limited but overall lovely experience, attentive staff with attractive decor.

Warm and friendly good quality food with good service clean and tidy The portion sizes Werejust right did not have to wait too long to be served.

Excellent service, lively atmosphere and tasty well presented food. Enjoyed different flavours of the curries and delicious starters. Would definitely recommend for a fab dining experience.

The restaurant was up market to many that iv'e been to in the past. The food was even better. The menu was fairly standard with no surprises except that the quality was great. My wife remarked, it the best indian she had ever enjoyed, That evening I ordered the same as gift for my daughter & her husband.

Excellent service and fantastic food. Clean and nice that you can see the chefs cooking. Friendly staff made us very welcome and paid close attention to our orders. The little things made a big difference. Very good value for money. The best Indian restaurant in Warwickshire!!!! Will definitely come again
