The food was delicious hot and tasty. Service was excellent and very big portions- we could not fault the food. Newly decorated restaurant with lovely atmosphere
Delicious, authentic food, attentive staff, to be our new regular Indian restaurant! All of the food items we ordered were delivered to the table were of excellent quality and flavour
The food was outstanding. Also the staff were very helpful & friendly. Worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Good value for money with the groupon offer.
Ok so the staff are really friendly and nice. The food is nice although it was very mild.nice and quiet place, would definitely recommend it!!
Greeted warmly and shown to a lovely set table, All food was well presented and very tasty. Service by Stefan was excellent and our party of 5 very much enjoyed our set lunch menu for under £8 per head .
Excellent food.Attentive service. Not very busy sadly for them.Over the last ten years we keep returning and have never had a bad meal.Decor is a little dark.
Authentic Indian food with pleasant ambience . Good friendly service reasonable prices and ample portions . Wide range of choice on the menu . Proper Indian desserts on offer too.
Good food and services. Starters and deserts are nice. Well prepared and platted. I would recommend it. Trying with Jumbo prawns sizzlers was a good decision.
Went as quite a big group food great but service was a bit slow, friendly clean nice atmosphere. First time so will definitely go back
Lovely food, very good service, shame about the music! We thought that the background music was too loud and intrusive, and not really suited to the people who were dining in the restaurant. Also, having nice food served on bare tables seems a shame - the extra costs of table linen would make it much more enjoyable!
Excellent service - excellent food quality served at the correct rate and with good presentation. Will definitely return with family and friends in the near future.
Food was lovely although one out of seven meals was cold. Service was slow and they added items to the bill we didn’t order. I would go back purely for the food.
its great to be there, the ambiance was not very good when I was there. But overall the food and staff was great. Will come back for more
Booked online with ease. Prompt, friendly service and great food! Lovely atmosphere and beautifully designed interior. Great variety of dishes on offer. Will be visiting again!
Perfect food, high quality service! Clean interiour, nice decorated, quick service, clean plates and glassess. I was impressed! I recommend to go there for any type of dinner or lunch. You can go in groups.
Lovely food with good service and good prices. Excellent value for money. Really enjoyed our dinner. Extensive menu with lots of choice. Will be back
Food was very nice, speedy and polite service, will return.
Delicious food served promptly at great prices. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Very impressed and will certainly come back again.
We have been to five rivers on numerous occasions. However the food in this occasion was disappointing. The score would've been lower, however the service was attentive.
I'm a coeliac and often struggle to confirm the food is gluten free. The staff know which dishes I can and can't have straight away, if not, they always go and check. Food is really lovely and not too expensive.
Nice Sunday lunch with the family, food great as always, service a little slow at times but incredible value and would recommend if ever in leamington and you like curry
From the outside the restaurant looks like something I would pass on, the kerb appeal is not very good. However step inside and it's pleasantly pleasing, nice comfortable arrangement with nice decor, tables are set for a fi e dinning experience and the food is fabulous. We had a mixed plate starter consisting of popodom, and chutney shis kabab, onion bhaji, Masala fish, chicken tikka and a delicate paty (which I do not know the name of). Followed by a curry myself I chose the lamb bhuna which was tender and the tasty sauce was thick ( can't stand it when the sauce is like coloured water). The o The person's in the party chose fish curry (the best option we all agreed light and fragrant perfect after a large starter and for the lunchtime period which we dined), butter chicken ( absolutely delicious and tender chunk of meat filled the dish), and chicken tikka masala (this tasted similar to the butter chicken wasn't so tikka as we are use to but still very nice). It was nice the the sauce was think and the Nan breads were a real nice accompaniment to the rice as to ensure you scooped up the tastey curry sauce. Desert was also included in the lunchtime deal spiced carrot and vanilla ice cream ( the ice cream is one of the best we have tasted and the spiced carrot cake was like a cookie dough really suited the ice cream and something most of the party thought they wouldn't like but their wasn't any left on the plates! Service is kept at a good pace, although their was only five other tables vacated at the time we dinned, the restaurant can serve around 30 tables The toilets are clean, tiles from top to bottom and fully functioning, they are a little bit cold visiting them down a flight of stair to the basement, i don't know if they have a wheelchair accessible facility upstairs so would need to check that out before bringing my friend who relies on the use of her wheelchair. Service was ok, a bit robotic and flat, our waiter tried to crack a joke or two which we didn't find very funny. One of the waiters did whisk away our popodom plates very quickly and we were surprised as we were still using them, causing my husband to drop his food on his clothes, no appologies or offer to provide a cloth to wipe it off which was a shame. If the service was spot on and the outside was more appealing, with a lunch time promotion board outside would bring in a full lunchtime period service, as the food is excellent and the lunchtime 4 courses was excellent value. I would say this restaurant would be excellent for a evening meal to, it is cosy and warm in the restaurant and offers a modern twist to Bengali foods. Absolutely delicious food and beautiful internal design. Would definitely go back again and would recommend to other people.
Excellent authentic Indian cuisine and service. Dishes were fresh and well prepared. One of my favourite Indian restaurants in the area and standard consistently high.
Greeted warmly and seated in a requested booth. Had set course lunch which was delicious. Staff were attentive and we all really enjoyed, thanks very much.
Great food but it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to actually get our main meals. A little disappointed we had to wait that long on a week night.
A great variety of very good food, high quality service and stuff. It is my second time there, had a lot of fun and I will definitely return.
Amazing food, excellent service, superb value for money. Will definitely come back again to try some of the other dishes. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.
Excellent food, Excellent service, Excellent price. Very much value for money, pleasant staff, nice surroundings, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Five Rivers. Lunchtime curry, this is as good as it gets !
Lovely food. Very good service. We would Definitely go again.
The restaurant itself has a really nice atmostphere, the interior is nicely decorated and feels expensive but the food itself is amazing quality, ine of the best i've had but so affordable, especially for a student like me. Service was wonderful.
Warm welcome, interesting menu with some new dishes, prompt smiley service, food possibly the best in the Warwick/Leamington area (although that wouldn't be difficult). Only drawback for some will be the reverberating noise of diner's chatter. I'll go back.
Great service and the food was lovely. Inside was great decor.
Really good atmosphere and food! The service was really kind and fast. If you want to experience the indian cuisine in Leamington, this is the right place.
Nice ambience ! Nice food ! overall a good experience . My family really had a good experience. I would definitely visit again whenever I would get a chance.
Great venue, good food, warm place, quick service, very central location. I recommend. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Cocktail yummy. Food good. Lovely to see a busy restaurant with a lot of return customers. Price reasonable. Service swift and friendly. Easy to book online.
Management at first told me tastecard can't be used for lunch. However that is not stated in their tastecard listing. Just for that I think they should be banned from tastecard and I'll never visit it again. If it weren't for the fact that we had a prearranged business meeting I would have left before ordering food. It's a shame because the food was very good. Management and service get a zero from me.
Great hospitality, staff couldn’t do enough to cater for requests. Went for a belated birthday- they served cake and lit candles. Also let me open the prosecco!
Great service, food and atmosphere. Loved the special chips suggested by waiter.
Went for Xmas Day dinner. Service was efficient but unfriendly and hurried. The starters and main course were average but nothing to get excited about. Two slices of cold plum pudding for dessert (no cream, no ice cream no custard) was the low point of the experience. As I couldn't eat it like that and rather than waste it I wrapped it up to take home with me. We asked for coffee but were told it was not available. What type of establishment does not serve coffee ? Wouldn't be in a hurry back.
