Lovely food and good service, apart from the waitress forgetting to put through our order resulting in a lengthy delay. However this was promptly dealt with by the manager who apologised and gave us a free bottle of wine, so all in all a very enjoyable experience with good food in nice surroundings

Great place for family Sunday lunch...range of roast dinner options, all served with huge Yorkshire puds We go regularly and the food and service is always consistently 😊 good

We dined at 8:30 on a Saturday so some items that we really fancied were no longer available but what we did choose was very good and very good service, thank you

The Four Bells has always been a lovely pub. The staff were very helpful and the food was satisfactory however the venue lacked atmosphere due to the fact that there were only a few customers.

Excellent country pub, service was superb and food outstanding. We visited for a family birthday lunch and had a marvellous time, would highly recommended it and look forward to returning.

Too many noisy kids allowed to run around unfortunately. Good was good though as always and waiting staff were good as was the guy who showed us our table

Lovely pub, the food was really good and the roast beef gorgeous! The staff are really friendly and there is a fab outdoor area for the kids too.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff tonight and good food. Quite busy on this Saturday night, busiest we've ever seen it but still got served promptly and food came in good time. Really enjoyed it, will be back again.

Good food nice environment and friendly atmosphere. Could do with a few more choices to enhance the lunchtime menu. Maybe a pie option of some sort.

We had the Sunday roast. Everything was very tasty. We prebooked online and our table was ready and n a good position when we arrived. Lovely pub and well decorated. Staff were helpful.

Food was really. Initially I said I was ok about where we were seated but on reflection to be put in the bar with the dog and kids was a bit if a disappointment, specially as I'd booked a few weeks in advance. It felt like we weren't regulars we were put in another area.

Fabulous food in a relaxed atmosphere. A varied and exciting menu. Something for everyone. A wonderful way to have my birthday celebration. Looking forward to my next visit.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The food was excellent as was the beer! The staff were helpful, friendly and very polite. We all said that we would definitely go to The Four Bells again.

They know what they're doing. Revamped and atmosphere even better. One of the few food pubs that you can still get a good pint without being made to feel awkward without eating but when you do eat the food is excellent. The steak was delicious and absolutely no fat or gristle left and the chips are as good as I make at home

Lovely pub & restaurant, food was exceptional and looking forward to coming back again. It's also dog friendly too which works well with us too

Lovely friendly pub, we were short for time do phoned our order through and it was ready when we got there. nice food, and quite generous portions. The staff were friendly and polite too.

we ordered four fish and chips and one ploughman's lunch. all were excellent meals. Drinks were great and service was top notch. we will definitely be back.

Overall very good, service was very good and food was of a good standard. On previous visits they provided an interesting vegetarian addition to their menu, unfortunately this has now reduced, hence the lower rating.

The food was well presented and tasty but unfortunately The pub little too noisy due to a large party of men on a nearby table.

Lovely village location. Music too loud and spoiled the atmosphere a bit. There were. It really enough staff making service a little slow but the food was nice and the staff worked hard. Pretty good value for money

Once again an excellent evening meal in a very welcoming pub. Staff are excellent and food is always of an excellent standard. We have now been here 3 times in the past month and always the staff are more than happy and welcoming even when incredibly busy.

Table ready and waiting; staff very pleasant, welcoming, attention to detail: waiter noticed cutlery missing without having to ask. Food enjoyable. Would eat there again.

Nice pub with a good atmosphere, would definitely return. The menu is not large but covers most of the bases, the beer is good but the wine list is confusing.

Visited for lunch on Wednesday 17th May 2017 and evening meal on Monday 5th June 2017. Lovely venue, great atmosphere! Excellent menu choices and variable prices. Good sized portions served by pleasant and competent staff. Well-stocked bar. Easy to book a table on-line. Plenty of parking. It's the ideal place for lunch or dinner and I have no hesitation in recommending it!
