Gaucho - Richmond

Lovey restaurant by the river and we sat outside in the sun. The service was great and all around nice meal out.

Surpassed expections, good food and drink and, initially service. We arrived eary and service was excellent. We were amazed at how extremely busy it got, which impacted service. The good side it has to be said is we were not rushed from our table. We will visit again!

Simply wonderful; for a quiet Tuesday evening in November I can't fault it. Attentive without being intrusive, perfectly cooked and presented dishes... delicious!

There's nothing more relaxing than sitting by the river eating great food in good company. We always have a lovely time at Richmond Gaucho.

Good food, sat outside which was lovely because of the weather. Service was really good, in past we’ve had issues with noise when sat inside.

Bad service. Cold steak. Never again, it used to be good but now it is a joke.

Best steak I have eaten in years. Very good unobtrusive service. Perfect location with view of the river and sunset. All in all, a perfect evening.

Gaucho Richmond has an enviable outdoor space underneath the shade of great tree with lovely views of the river. This Gaucho is also dog friendly. Would definitely recommend for the relaxed upmarket atmosphere...and great steak of course!

The food was excellent, however the service was way too fast. We finished our starters and asked for a 5 minute break and 30 seconds later our main course arrived. The whole experience was way too fast, which ruined the eve. Not the first time this has happened at this restaurant.

We came to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday and we had an amazing evening. The service was fantastic, the food was great and this evening was special not only to the birthday girl but to all of us. Overall a very memorable experience.

A lovely setting on the river, service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good but we did find it very pricey. £27 for the smallest sirloin steak and you have to order everything else separately.

The Restaurant location is excellent! Staff were courteous and knowledgeable, good recommendation of food and drink, will be back certainly.

Lovely food but service took a long while when the restaurant got busy

Quality has diminished. Sides were cold. Chips cold and stale. Fathers 81st birthday and really disappointed.

Excellent food, unfortunately poor service. Waiter has absolutely no passion nor interested serving the food. Hard to get his attention, touched our food with his purse, we asked for a source, that never came, no steak knives when ordering steak, etc. For a £180+ bill for 2 I would expect significantly better service than this.

Great ambience, excellent service, awesome food quality and pretty reasonable value overall. It was a fairly quiet Monday night but the location is perfect by the river and plenty of space inside and out.

Food and staff were both excellent. The staff were very informative and knowledgeable re the food and drinks. Looking forward to our next visit in the near future

The service and food were great. Good ambience and the restaurant was child friendly too. We sat outside and it was a beautiful setting. I will definitely order the salmon starter and tuna main again. They were delicious! Overall a great experience.

The steak was delicious and the staff are amazing but the venue was looking a little tired. The loos were quite a mess especially. Could do with some TLC.

We had a lovely Sunday Roast on Sunday to celebrate our daughter's bday. Food was excellent and we were very well looked after by Ivan and Vincenzo

Fantastic quality and great ambiance next to the Thames. Staff are attentive without being intrusive and helpful in selecting optimum cut for each person. Recommended
