The service was excellent (in particular our fab waiter Paris)! Location was amazing, looking out over the Eye and the Thames. The food was Cooked to absolute perfection. Couldn’t recommend more.

Food was great but service quite slow with one meal out of seven arriving much later than others. Forgot to bring one of the sauces with the steak too. However, still a very good evening had.

Second visit to Gillrays, food and service great as usual and we got a table by the window to enjoy the views.

The staff were friendly and professional. The food was really good. However I had 2 special requests and they didn't happen; while I understand requests are not guaranteed, it would have been nice if they told me in advance.

Food was nice but very over priced for what you get.Lots of staff but took along time to be noticed,ordered two item 1 was wrong and 1 never received! Drinks were also over priced. Tried to get the meal deal but could not book a table however restaurant was half empty.

very friendly waitress, but we had to wait more than 1 hour for our food. they forgot one of our drinks and we didn't get the food we ordered (we ordered two different sizes of steaks, got to eith tge same size, but charged us two different sizes) they gave us a 20% discount but it's still not worth the money....

The food was very good ! Excellent taste and the staff was also very nice. We will come back for sure to this restaurant.also the view was really nice

My wife’s fish and chips was quite good, however, I had the bone in prime rib & garden salad. The steak was full of gristle and the “bone in” was seven shards of bone ranging from dime size to 2” lengths. It was not a good value. Service was great.
