We were seated promptly, the food was delicious & super quick service by lovely staff. 100% recommend.
Nice staff, quick service and good food, would go again!
Meal arrived cold but staff sorted it very quickly efficiently
Great staff. Very friendly and efficient. Food was served quickly. On arrival our granddaughter was given crayons and a picture to colour which kept her busy while we waited. She was also given a complimentary dessert as it was her birthday. Ideal place for pre-theatre meal and families with younger diners.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good too. Perfect pre-wicked lunch
Amazing service, they went above and beyond in all aspects :)
It war really good food and nice service would like too eat there again
Food was very good quality just a shame the alcoholic beverages were on the pricey side
Delicious breakfast and kid-friendly! Busy and service was initially slow but staff were friendly.
good service and the food was tasty. simple menu which means better quality.
The restaurant was quite quiet but did start to get slightly busier. Drinks came out quickly and cappuccino was lovely! I had a swinging chicken kebab the chicken was cooked and marinated beautifully. The salad was a bit of a disappointment though, it could have had some more feta being a Greek salad... but it was mostly lettuce and the flatbread was dry & chewy like it had been reheated. My daughter enjoyed her burger and chips though and had no complaints.
Nice venue, food was lovely, staff so friendly. But £17 for a gluten free burger for a child was not so good. Didn’t even include chips. Charged an extra £5 for chips! Katsu Curry was lovely
Food was great, very tasty. Staff were pleasant and attentive.
The booking was easy and starters really good.Mains mediocre not much for vegetarian options.
First time there Used my Gourmet Card Rose at menu price £15.95 amazing value Need to book Packed by 7
Superb with amazingly friendly staff. Thank you. Will come again.
The staff was frendly and attentive. The food was very good.
Great place for families and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Food was absolutely revolting. Waiter was quite rude when I asked what burger sauce was
Came here with my Granddaughter before going to wicked, food was great, especially the Strawberry and banana lollipops, Staff were excellent, overall a very good meal 👍
Food was average and too much batter on my fish.
Sad to say all our main courses were disappointing. Chicken burgers and chips small portions and chicken very dry. Ribs didn’t taste fresh and little sauce. Veggie burger rather tasteless. Desserts were ok. Staff helpful and friendly though
Lovely lunch, the vegan salad was delicious. I will be going back.
Perfect for a quiet and delicious breakfast close toi Victoria station.
We love eating at the Giraffe before we see a West End show. It’s a block away from Wicked. Absolutely love the food and service!
Perfect place to grab a meal when your trains delayed!!
Great service and ambience. The food was as tasty and amazing as always
Lovely atmosphere.. Staff very attentive.. food excellent.. would certainly very again.
They have not served me food, because I can not eat that much wheat.
Sat by the bar on the high chair, with tables too close together and right underneath the sign. Waitr does not even show you to your table bad service!
Excellent value, delicious food. Great place to eat before Wicked.
Was a very nice meal and good price with the meerkat meal. Some small weird things like getting our own menus and the mint tea I ordered was bizarre as a tea bag (regular tea bag) was added with the fresh mint. The waiter was nice and friendly.
What has happened to Giraffe, menu totally changed and not for the better. Where has Huevos Rancheros gone, all the nice smoothies Mango Mamma or Hippy Hippy Shake? My food was average at best, my daughter's fish fingers were so crunchy and over fried they were unpleasant. We all used to enjoy a trip to Giraffe, not any more.
The food was great and the service was great! The apple crumble was really good and I love that they had vegan options such as vegan ice cream!!! Need Giraffe to open up in America....hopefully they see this and seriously consider it! Make New Jersey USA the first state in which to open a Giraafe restaurant at Short Hills mall ;)
We had a goog time there, enjoying the food. Perfect for families
Took 30 mins to serve our drinks and also a dish was cold and naked chilli burrito had hardly any chilli
The chicken in the rodeo burger was dry and tasted of bbque fumes almost petrol like as did the cheese and bacon. The wait staff said she would mention it to the chef but I didn’t get any feed back
Good food good service and reasonably priced come back again
Liked the set menu & all day happy hour. Food was good. Brilliant location if you happen to be going to see Wicked at the theatre.
Had a very pleasant evening, the waiter and waitress serving us were extremely warm and helpful!
Food was lovely staff attentive good value for money! Only thing was they didn’t know we had booked online?
Overall great food and service. Prosecco cocktails very good.. Beef dish could have more taste. Chicken starter great . Cheesecake fab too. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere and perfect pre theatre or just for the experience.
Great food and attentive staff enjoyed our chat with the manager when we queried the bill. Highly recommended for a pre theatre meal enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails too
Friendly service and staff and good food. The Thai duck noodles were very good as was the selection of starters. Convenient for Victoria Station as well.
Family friendly, good selection on the menu for kids and adults as well. The sweet potato chips are fab and the chicken enchiladas as well. Buzzy and lively atmosphere, good service and attentive staff.
We turned up early and they were very kind and seated us. We had a little one aged 2 and another aged 6. Children’s menu was great and the sausages went down well. Our menu was delicious took ages to decide. I had the small plates and the bao buns are my favourite. Dessert was less positive. The whopper cookie dessert has cookies that were so hard we couldn’t eat them and the amount of icecream was a bit small for the £4.95 price. service was great and there was a nice atmosphere to the restaurant. Would visit again and fill up on delicious mains and avoid dessert.
