Good food + friendly service. The restaurant is a bit dark and some of the decor is a bit dated. Very relaxed meal enjoyed by us all.

the food here is excellent, we would absolultly recomend the restaurant to freinds and family and already plan to revisit. sevice wasx great, very friendly. they even moved our booking forward for us by an hour because we were ready earlier than expected.

This is a great restaurant in Altrincham, why go further afield when this is on our doorstep. Delicious food at very competitive prices, great dim sum selection, crispy duck which is as good as anywhere and excellent selection of main dishes.Best of all is Ming front of house and all his staff are attentive and helpful.Whats not to like.

Always good food at the Gonbay, have been a few times and have never had a bad meal always delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
