At Heddy’s for their closing night. We’ll really miss this place. Thanks Heddy’s and staff for so many great times. We wish you all the best and will miss you x

Although we have marked low for the service and the noise levels we were more than happy to endure the waiting and the noise as the restaurant was full of people wanting to wish Heddy and Cathy good luck as they served their penultimate meal when the restaurant closes tomorrow (Saturday). We have enjoyed some fabulous meals over the last nineteen years and we will be sad to see it go but likewise we are pleased for Heddy and Cathy who will no doubt return to catering in the coming months. Excellent as always. We are quite regular customers. Great service and beautiful food. The specials are always worth going for, especially the fish dishes and the homemade ice cream us the best I've ever tasted.

This was our first visit to Heddys . We really enjoyed it great atmosphere not rushed at all .The food was excellent, well presented and very tasty , al so reasonable priced . We will be returning.

Very nice meal in a friendly atmosphere. Staff very helpful in pleasent surroundings, enjoyed the vegetarian mezzah which was plentiful and tasty. Can highly recommend.

Great food. Service was quick and friendly. We both had a great time. Good location and atmosphere. Only recommendation would be to bring back bottomless prosecco.

Great family meal at Heddy's. 10 of us had a very enjoyable time . 2 of the party were coeliacs and staff were very knowledgeable about the need for gluten free food . Faultless !!

Excellent food - as always. The best steak around + Chateau Musar, and a peaceful ambience so that you could carry on a conversation without having to shout. Our favourite restaurant.

It was our first first visit to Heddy's and certainly will not be our last. From the friendly warm greeting on arrival to the quick and efficient service we had a lovely experience. Best of all was the amazing food, it was quite simply delicious.

We had a delicious meal - the sea bass is one of the nicest fish dishes I’ve ever had. We will definitely be returning in future!

Another great meal at Heddy's to celebrate our 49th Wedding Anniversary. Recommend without reservation !! All cooked by Heddy himself. The Mezza is a meal in itself.

This is a nice place to go for good food. The place is not too imposing just right to have a lovely meal and a chat (remember that). There is a comprehensive menu to choose from. Service is good and they don't hover over you. Give it a try.

A lovely restaurant with a lively atmosphere, good food and a particularly excellent Lebanese wine, although service a little slow at times. We would certainly return again.

Fillet steak with Heddy's secret spices, home made chunky chips and side salad. Superb. Fresh whitebait in a light breadcrumb and fine lamb fillet kebabs. Silky smooth cream and heavily laced with brandy French coffee. Sublime

Superb anniversary meal. Food and service spot on as usual. A "Heddy" blend of spices and aromatics coupled with expertly charcoaled meats by a chef who really knows his craft. Washed down with a decanted, great, intense, Lebanese red (Hochar). Get yourself booked in for a treat.

We paid for what supposed to be 3 people portion and we got one divided dish just enough for one person so menu is misleading and portion extremely small so for fall in the same trap with this illusion offer as you will be shocked.

Good choice on menu. All very tasty. Good service. Enjoyed the locally produced gin along with the history of it. plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians

Nice little restaurant serving well prepared and delicious dishes. Nice atmosphere and the menu explained very well by very attentive staff. We’ll be coming back.

We dropped in for a late supper. The Mezze starter for 2 was amazing, lovely canape were a delicious surprise and the mixed kebab the star of the show. We will visit again for sure . Thank you also for the great service, really attentive without being OTT. All round a great experience and very fairly priced. Steve B

Service was a little slow. Had to remind staff 2 of our party were on the ‘Fish Friday’ option which included wine for each course. That said food was very good.

Friendly and efficient service, superb food to suit all tastes with a different twist. Perfect for our family celebration meal. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and lovely food. Menu varied and different things to try. Varied drinks menu.. staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend restaurant, can eat inside or out.

Different, fabulous and most enjoyable. Will definitely go again. Don't normally eat desserts but was tempted by the Halva and was not disappointed. I recommend giving this place a try.

Food was good, service was efficient. All in all a good experience and would recommend it to others. Decor was a little dated but never spoiled the experience
