Always a great time at Hooters! Came in before the Forest game, even though it was busy the service was faultless, drinks came swiftly and so did the food & always the best atmosphere. Will be back soon

So this table was booked as a birthday treat for my son and his friend, when asked by the waitress if everything was okay with theiro meal my son raised a concern that the chicken did not smell very nice and it didn’t taste very nice. There was possibly something wrong with it. The waitress was very helpful apologetic and polite and said I would go and get my manager, however when the manager arrived, he was very rude dismissed the opinion of the diner and told him he would be paying for it anyway which he agreed he would he didn’t say he wouldn’t pay for it the fact that you can’t have an opinion or have a complaint about a meal just because you’re younger is absolutely disgusting and I hundred percent feel if they were discussing this with an adult this never would’ve happened. The manager needs to learn how to treat diners with respect regardless of age gender, or ethnicity.

Great, as always! Service was particularly good and quick this evening.

I won a competition of 2x £50 vouchers on their social media to use. From start to finish, all staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Food was delicious. Will deffo be going back again soon.

It took nearly an hour to serve our food. The chicken wings were a bit soggy and the taste was a bit 'out'.

The food was really good but the music was a little load.

It was a Thursday night so we had the burger & fries deal - always happy that they offer a veggie burger on this deal too. Huge portion size, great food and lovely service.

Great vist , dad's ate free for father's day which was a lovely bonus ! Servers friendly and efficient, food took a little while, but totally worth the wait . Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to a return visit !!
