Very good standard of food, excellent value for money. I would definitely return there. The staff were polite and attentive and the ambiance of the restaurant was ideal.

Nice place lovely food and fantastic staff, will return had great experience. They looked after us from the start and treated my 2 year old grandson like a king.

Excellent food, excellent service. Lovely venue and atmosphere. Seated quickly despite it being Mother's Day. Only downside was that there was no chicken/turkey on Sunday dinner menu.

An excellent lunch! The food was plentiful and delicious and the hotel was festive and comfortable. We had a lovely Christmas eve and the staff were so pleasant and cheerful even though they were very busy! We will definitely bee repeating the experience sometime in the future.

Impeccable service, very attentive and polite staff. Food was great (though pheasant a little bit on the dry side) and surroundings we're very nice, the bar area in particular.

We had a pleasant and welcoming waiter. very attentive and obliging. Hadn't been here before for a team get together but will use again when occasion arises.

The setting was stunning the food was very poor value for money, very few finger sandwiches and 9 very small cube cakes. Extremely poor value for money.

Couldn't fault the food at all, and excellent service from friendly waiters topped off a great evening at the Hunday house.. One of the best meals we've eaten in years.. Would recommend to anyone, eat here and you won't be disappointed 👍

Went for Sunday lunch food was excellent only disappointment was when my glass of red wine came there was a squashed dead fly inside the glass when staff member was told about this the glass was changed but no apology or explanation it wasn't the gentleman who served us our meal he was very polite at all times

Food was great, all home cooked from fresh, well staffed and all efficient and friendly. Only issue was we did not receive any roast potatoes with our Sunday roast but had fresh veg which was enough for us, however I did notice them on plates being served close to us and we did not identify this error as we had plenty on our plates. Would recommend and will be returning again
