Indico Street Kitchen & Bar

The main reason for booking was their advertisement about live music and entertainment from 7:00 pm. In fact nothing started at the time. At 8:00 pm we checked with the waitress and were disappointed that the music played was actually the event..... It was disappointing to see such a menial thing was advertised at such a scale.

Great food and good service, but was not warned there would be live music when I booked. As it is a small venue it was very difficult to find a quiet table. I was eating with friends. We meet up every couple of months for a meal and chat but, even though we were as far away from the music as possible, it was still very difficult to have a conversation. Also strange choice of music for Indian restaurant - sitar or other Asian music would have been much more appropriate and would have added to the atmosphere - without making conversation impossible.

Good food, good service. Really Nice atmosphere. Thouroughly recommend for some nice Indian food with a twist. Ambience of restaurant was really good. Well done.

Lovely interior, relaxed style with great food. Would definitely return and recommend. Good value for the quality of the food, wasn't drinking tonight but cocktails sounded great!

As always, a great night. The food was great! The waitress wasn't as friendly as were used to but I guess we all have off days.

Another great night at Indico. The food was fantastic, service was great, we used the special offer of 2 chats for £7 which made the meal very good value indeed. We will be back soon. We all loved it.

The ambience and decor is lovely and the staff are very courteous, patient and helpful. However, this is our 3rd visit to Indico and each time the food has seemed to get spicier and hotter. On this last visit, one of our table was unable to eat nearly half his dish because it was too spicy, and I found mine was just about palatable. We do like spicy food, but this time it was too much. I am not sure if we will visit again.

Nice atmosphere, great decor and very tasty food. 4 of us shared different starters all very tasty. The thali was lovely with variety and right amount portion wise.

Fourth visit and second time to Monday 'curry night'. Free drink deal now discontinued and although the food was very good it was not as good as previously: twice previously I have had the most perfect lamb rogan josh but tonights had poorer meat and less flavour. £60 for one course for three people is a bit steep!

Good food service for drinks a little slow good location and atmosphere. Restaurant nice light and comfortable the two starters we wanted off the menu were not available which was a shame.

Service was quite rushed despite the restaurant being almost empty. My meal was very hot (spicy) to the point where I couldn’t really taste it. I’d try the restaurant again but maybe at lunch.

Great service, very friendly and attentive staff. Lovely food, quite spicy, which I like, luckily! Will be going back for a second visit. Would recommend

Nice place, good food. Good range of options on the menu, plenty of drinks choices too. Interesting decorations, very colourful. Live music playing during our visit. Recommended.

Amazing decor and great service. Really loved the food especially the chaat bombs and butter chicken! Super yummy. And the mocktails were great too. Highly recommend this place and I’ll be visiting again soon.

The food was excellent and great to see cobra and kingfisher on draught. The wine was good and there was no chilli sauce eat on the table, when we asked for some we were charged for it, where most restaurant provide it for free, but we will be going again. A meal for two, main, pudding and drinks came to just under £60.

Food was great and reasonably priced. Live entertainment was a nice touch but a tad too loud. Service was a little slow - rather than being approached we had to beckon the waiter over a couple of times, to place our order or ask for a top up on drinks.

Food excellent, staff very friendly, but by goodness its expensive for what you get. Very clean and definitely glad i went, wont go again, due to costs.

The food was too sweet and the service very very slow today even though the restaurant was not even that busy today and we had a child with us

Very authentic flavours.... Kids could do with a bit more lighter spice mix. Nice atmosphere and music, will go back again. Could do with a coat rack!

It was my second time here but first for my family they really enjoyed and said the Food was amazing! Had a nice feeling to the place! Loved it!

The only thing I'd say is as soon as the starter plates were removed the mains came over. A 5 mins break would have been nice. But otherwise food is always gorgeous.

Delicious food and friendly service great to have a selection of dishes we could share. All lovely, particularly the fish pakoras and chick peas. We will be back!

Great decoration and staff very attentive. Special Thali was a tasty but a bit too much meat for me.. needs a few more vegetables and sauces with it.

Menu has changed since last time I visited so didn’t meet expectations. Still enjoyable. Cocktails we had last time were not on the menu and contents of the mixed thali were different.

Had a lovely meal at Indico last night. Staff very attentive, food was fabulous- buttered chicken delicious. Wine was a bit expensive though. Lovely decor.

Our party of 7 really enjoyed the atmosphete of Indico. It was something different to try..not your usually curry house.. food was great, fresh, quick, lovely decor really colourful place. Place was quite echoy so even the little bit of noise made everything sound noise.

The starters were decent but very spicey. However, the mains were awful. Seemed like they used tinned food and no spices or flavour to the dishes. Would never go again

Wow!! Best Indian food I've ever tasted without question! The flavours jump out the food, will certainly be eating here again and again! Also the staff were very welcoming and ensured we had a great night.

First time being at this restaurant was good. Food taste good. The place looks good. Decor is from all the indian film greats. So if you get a chance you can try name them all
