Fantastic food and excellent service friendly staff and lovely atmosphere will be return again in the future and will definately recommend to friends and family

Went with my husband and child last night the staff were very friendly, we had yummy chicken and tasty burgers, great for both families and couples!

Service was extremely poor, waited nearly a hour for food wasn't asked if food ok everyone seemed to wait ages. Food ok but not amazing really disappointed 😩

Great staff, great food, great ambiance. Would recommend for families and couples alike. Staff were great with our two children aged 7 and 2. Boy they earn't their money that day :)

First time and not the last friendly service and food to die for. So much choice on the menu would take a year to try it all. Challenge accepted

Great food, friendly staff and a lovely ambience. Would definitely go there again - so much to choose from on the menu too. I had the chilli - very tasty with a nice kick. My friend had the classic burger and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Food and staff service both amazing. My only gripe was discomfort. The seats are metal with bars along the back. I'm 31 weeks pregnant so this was extremely uncomfortable throughout the meal. Other than that, we loved everything else about the experience 😁 Thank you

Great food, fairly quick service, reasonably priced. Loved the brisket. I didn't get chance to try the deserts but I'll return soon and give them a try.

negatives-not given a children's menu when shown to table(my son is 10)had to ask waiter if we ordered drinks via him or did we go to bar.drinks took 20 mins to arrive at the table.when food arrived the burgers were lukewarm at best.sent them back and new burger was still not very hot, but by this time I had had enough so just ate it(son and wife were happy with theirs. only one positive-manager decided to give us 15% off for our inconvenience but to be honest I don't think we will be going again!overall very disappointed!

The burgers looked really good but as a veggie I do think there needs to be a better burger choice for non us meat eaters

Good decor, very good service but......food was Luke warm, onion ring not cooked and I ended up being rathe unwell after eating there. I would try it again but will send it back if not piping hot!

Love the place. Nice selection of drinks and cocktails and the food is always good. Service and atmosphere is good. I like going towards the last service point. Will be back very soon.

Excellent food, surroundings and price. Would recommend. A place like this has been missing from Oldham, for a long time. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

2nd visit and just as impressed as the first time. Great tasting food, reasonable prices and friendly service. Restaurant was packed at 6pm on the Saturday

The food was fabulous, I had the low & slow smoked brisket and my wife had the 10OZ New York strip (sirloin), both were lovely and tender. Will definitely eat here again.

Lovely place and the food tasted amazing. Only problem was that it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order them another 20 minutes before they arrived. Then when we had finished drinks you couldn't get anyone's attention to get another

lovely food and the staff were very friendly only thing I would change would be to not charge extra for slaw and cobs etc that should be part of the meal but apart from that definitely would go again :)

Table was ready when we got there, friendly and polite table service and the food was great again (7th visit). Would highly recommend to anyone

Bit disappointed with the food, only the kids and three of the adults enjoyed there food. Service was not great either. 🙁 Staff really lovely and friendly though 👍

Great food, we went on Boxing Day with the kids so it was 6 of us, the kids loved it & cant wait to go back, service was amazing as always, we have been to jacks a few times & have never been disappointed yet

Lovely restaurant. Staff very attentive. Atmosphere great. Didn't blink an eye when we turned up with an extra guest. Looking forward to going back! Food portions - definitely filled my kids stomachs.

Gorgeous meal and excellent service the Jack Stack is highly recommended and also the Raspberrylicious is a scrummy cocktail will be visiting again very soon

Good customer service. Great food and drinks at a reasonable price. The food came fairly quickly and the waitresses always came over to check if our food was okay or if we needed any refills on our drinks. 10/10 would go again.

First visit. Food was lovely but service was very slow 29/12/16 and could have been much worse as staff had said they worked 4+ hours post their shift ending. Couldn't grab anyone's attention when needed. Would go again but if service is the same it would be last visit from us.

Excellent food and the staff are so friendly. I have visited many times and not been disappointed. We normally visit in the afternoon and have the lunchtime menu, excellent value for money

Great food great atmosphere attentive staff reasonable prices. They do food challenges and have 241 cocktails mon - Thursday all day and Friday until 5pm. 2nd time I've been and always recommended

Visited with 5 friends. The food was excellent as was the service. They served a couple of beers I'd never tried. We all said we'd go again. Thoroughly recommended.

The food was OK. Have had much better there in previous visits. We found the service to be slow. We waited 35 minutes for our main meal to arrive but luckily we weren't in a rush. Still a great environment for families to go too though.

Was the annual staff outing. Service was excellent as usual and everyone cleared their plates which speaks volumes. The sharing platter for 2 was excellent!

Was greeted and made very welcome..didnt wait long for a table and to be served..our first time visit so we ordered the sharing platter with different things to try..food was delicious ..cocktails were too..we are definately going back asap..

First visit, but thought we knew what to expect having been to similar places in Manchester. Far exceeded our expectations! The menu is mega! The staff were warm and inviting and the servers have a detailed knowledge of all dishes and options which helped us to choose the perfect dish for us. Will definitely go back.

Nice friendly atmosphere with friendly staff and a menu packed full of meaty choice that'll leave you feeling stuffed, not many options for the veggies out there though

Good food with plenty of choice. Sides are so generous could be had as starter/small main. Good drinks menu . Caterers for all tastes staff and ages. Staf are friendly and helpful.

Went for my daughters birthday, the kids really enjoyed the food, children voted the chicken wraps as the best, I thought the burger was one of best I've eaten
