Amazing food, great service and a good atmosphere. Not a long wait for the food, or a table either. Will visit again, it's spot on

We Was looking forward to trying jacks smoke house. Unfortunately it wasn't what it was made out to be from the reviews. The service wasn't very food we sat for a while before someone took our order. The food was very bland! I had the prawns as a starter and you could tell they were just fried in batter. My friend has he wings on a bone they had no taste and was very oily. We had burgers! There was no flavour to them at all there was no pinkness to the burger which you'd expect at a smoke house. Then we waited ages for the bill which in the end we just got up and paid as we were leaving. Smoke yard up the road is 100% nicer.

Excellent food and service and unlimited refills in soft drinks!! Staff very friendly! Wasn't rushed out after finishing our meal !! Will definitely go back again !!

The food was delicious and served up pretty quickly. The waitress was efficient and knowledgeable and it was a joy to eat at Jack's Smokehouse. We will definitely be going again and highly recommend a visit.

Food was lovely, starters came out quickly the mains took much longer over a hour the kitchen staff seemed to be under quite a strain, and we're being told to hurry by a lady who constantly stood by the hatch. I hope this was just a one of as I would like to go back again.

Welcoming staff, lovely set up and even fab food. Perfect place to celebrate our friends birthday. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal

food was fab and service to match never been before would be going back soon i had chicken my wife went for the brisket very nice and the wine was very reasonable.

First visit to Jacks Smokehouse, but definitely not the last. The food was really tasty & lots of it. We had the sharing platter & although really hungry we couldn't finish it. The pulled pork especially was so tasty & tender. The service was excellent - cheerful, friendly & efficient.

Brilliant evening ,good family atmosphere ,play area for kids outside ,very friendly efficient staff and above all great food . Will definitely be back ,excellent.

Super food and friendly service . Nice restaurant music not too loud just a nice atmosphere. Service was fast and staff attentive to our needs without being pushy or intrusive.

Lovely food great atmosphere good service and excellent value for money. We went early Saturday evening and was quite busy. Extensive food and drink menus including cocktails.

Very friendly staff and service was with a smile. The food was nice - large portions. More of the type of place to go with a family or large group. The challenges people did added to the overall atmosphere.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The man vs wings challenge is good, my husband was nearly crying. We will definitely go again.

Got a warm welcome and we were able to go to our table straight away. Ordered drinks and we were given plenty of time to relax before ordering. The whole experience was lovely, the food and the service were first class and the owner gave us a complimentary drink when he found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. A splendid establishment that we will be visiting again and again.

Great food fab cocktails. Will visit again soon. Too many lovely things on the menu. Loads of choices for the kids menu at 5.99 with a main meal dessert and drink it's well worth it

Great environment, food tasty - wished we had been advised about the size of garlic cheesy bread as would not have ordered two potions before our main meal. Will come again.

The food was great and the service was good we just didn't like our seat they were very uncomfortable and the table was tucked away in the corner but that was the only negative.

Friendly staff,great food.I can definitely recommend the rag pudding,it's enormous.We also had a 4 pint pitcher of beer to ease it down.We had a table for 6 and everything was spot on

Excellent American style barbecue food, with great service and lovely staff. We chose boneless wings and the sharing platter which was a little too much to consume, so the restaurant sent us rolling home with a doggy back of brisket, burnt ends and chicken. Highly recommended

Great service, lovely food, been a few times now and always 5 star. My little boy had one of the donut milkshakes which he loved. Will definitely be returning.

Food was really good although the restaurant was busy so we had a wait. The staff were really apologetic and gave us a free round of drinks by way of apology
