Lamb and potatoes lightly simmered until meat is tender, with browned onion, tomato, ginger and green chillies, with freshly chopped coriander - slightly hot.
ORIGINAL HARSHA
Chicken and tiger prawns cooked with specially prepared spices and herbs. A medium masala dish garnished with fresh tomatoes and cucumber and served with pilau rice.
