This place is exquisite! Been twice before but years ago and we were so keen to return. It hadn’t changed in terms of having a fab menu, great service and delicious food. Just outstanding. My absolute fave restaurant in Nottingham and beyond!!

A perfect lunchtime experience for our familly of 5. We eat from the 12-3 special offer business menu which was amazing value for money - with no dumbing down of the food quality or portion sizes. Great atmosphere and decor too, with super polite staff.

It’s wasn’t our fist visit to Kayal but this time it wasn’t quite as nice as the times before, it was very busy understandably for a Saturday evening, we were sat upstairs on a table for two that just happened to be on the way to the restroom so constant traffic passing by all evening, the waiter came to take our order he seemed distracted even talking us out of having a starter !!!! The food as very good but the service wasn’t quite up to scratch our food was practically thrown in the table !!!!

Amazing food and service. I have been in Nottingham for 5 years and I can’t believe I’ve only just come across Kayal. My partner and I went at a peak/busy time, but didn’t find the atmosphere overwhelming at all. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic food in a restaurant full of character with lovely friendly staff

Experience was good whilst there and food did taste good. However 4 of the 6 people who ate there ended up with suffering from symptoms of food poisoning that evening.

Absolutely fabulous food and dining experience. Great service and loved the fact that the delivery people were not allowed in the restaurant and waited outside.
