What a wonderful first time visit to Kervan Kitchen Ipswich this evening! We had the best waiter who was so so caring and made us feel like royalty - not overbearing one bit, just felt super enjoyable the whole night. Great atmosphere and love to see it so busy on a Thursday night (10/10/24). Will definitely be visiting again - the food was delicious and value for money. Great work!

This was our 2nd visit and amazing both times. Staff very pleasant and can't do enough and food was first class. Well done and keep up the good work. Won't be too long before our next visit.

It was the 1st time we had been here and it won't be the last! The food was amazing, the restaurant itself looks beautiful, every single member of staff was brilliant from the lady who greeted us and showed us to our table to the man walked us out at the end. Helpful, cheerful, fun. I only have positive comments for the entire evening. Will try the lunchtime set menu next I think! Xx

Dining at Kervan was absolutely amazing, it was a birthday treat. We were stunned by opulant surroundings. Very attentive waiters, especially Dilia, she was very welcoming and warm🙏 Food was just like eating in the top restaurant in Istanbul, so lucky to have this place in Ipswich. Totally recommend it, a special experience me and my friends will never forget. Hopefully we'll be back soon 🤞

Very busy, squashed in between two other tables, it was like we was eating with another table. Extremely loud because of this, couldn't conversate with person I was out for dinner with.

Newly opened restaurant in a commercial part of Ipswich. Large and lively with enough waiters to keep the food and drink flowing. Could do with a few more drinks on the menu, quite limited on the beer front. Food arrived quickly, wasn’t piping hot, not sure if that meant it had been sat a while or not heated through well enough. Found the music loud, difficult to hear other people on a large table. But the music did add to the atmosphere. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Asked the servers 3 times for the bill and was ignored until I walked up to one of the servers

There was a bit of a wait outside in the cold and then to be seated. But once in and seated the waiter was repeatedly apologetic and was attentive from there on in. Food was lovely.

Food was excellent,all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble would definitely eat here again.

We enjoyed our food very much, the taste was amazing, we could not complain about out food ( husband would have liked more of a kick to the chilli sauce but was still fab) All staff were very attentive. If I had to say a niggle the only couple of things would be, it was quite cold, however it was a large room to keep warm and we were sitting near the door, and we did have the builders drilling next to us on the outside, which was not a major issue, but overall, we would highly recommend this place and we will certainly be back with a group of friends.

Very welcoming, friendly staff, excellent quality food. Two less positive comments - firstly, the background music is much too loud and makes it very difficult to have a conversation over dinner; this would put us off coming again; secondly, the drink prices are very expensive. Otherwise, a very enjoyable first visit, but we'll ask others whether the background music has been turned down before deciding to book again. We came for a meal with friends for a catch up and it was difficult to hear conversation.
