Overbooked, service not up to usual standards. Waited to get into restaurant, waited for table, waited ages for drink, staff chatting rather than serving but the worst was my wife stood to use facilities and a waiter instead of letting her exit the table extended his arm and placed a tray in front of her so he could walk in front of her. Awful!

Massively overbooked and understaffed. There for 3 hours inlcuding a 20 minute wait for a reserved table and a 20 minute wait to get a birthday cake brought out. They only managed to serve 3 rounds over the sitting. Music was all over the place including an extended period of playing music at a dangerously loud level.

We booked the Kervan Kitchen for our team Christmas meal and to that was good decision. The food and drinks were amazing, the service was first class. The only thing we weren't happy with was the visit duration. We wanted to stay much longer as the atmosphere was great.

Another time in the Kervan kitchen and once again it was great 😃

Hubby birthday meal. We be back for sure as everything was first class.

The restaurant is clean and very good decor. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. You get 2 hours free parking.

Food was amazing and really big portions … How ever….Had to wait ages for drinks to be brought to table But apart from that the place is spacious and really nicely decorated.

Had a fine dining experience. One particular waiter in fact stood out, I can’t recall his name but he looked out for us very kindly. Food was filling and yummy! Had the seafood on skewer, would try something else next time! Amazing service all through, right from the reception.

A beautiful setting for a valentines meal, the singer and complimentary rose were lovely touches - food was 5* absolutely delicious, it was very busy but this didn’t spoil our dining experience, food and drinks were still out in good time. Had such a lovely evening

Overall opinion it's a nice, clean restaurant just a bit annoying when waiters shouting to each other.

I booked a table for my husband birthday meal as Kervan is his favourite restaurant. Once again, we had a great time there and the food was amazing.

The restaurant is quite loud anyway but three separate birthday songs which were incredibly loud PLUS a singer who sang right next to every table… we genuinely couldn’t hear the people we’d gone to dinner with. Food was absolutely lovely but the sound volume killed all conversation
