We came for lunch and we were expecting Lunch menu, but been given and had to order from the evening one for some reason.

Very nice can’t fault don’t like the service charge if I want to give a tip I would not just added in the bill

The restaurant was very busy and noisy (they had live music which didn’t help that). I was Gluten Free and the choice of starters was ok but there was just one main course that was GF so I asked the waiter was that all I could have. He said I could have Chicken Shish (which wasn’t marked as GF) so I ordered that. My friends ordered and the food didn’t come out together. The food was tasty but immediately after our plates were taken a bill was thrust at us - no asking if we wanted a dessert or another drink! We asked for the dessert menu and not one thing was GF so we decided to leave as they obviously wanted our table. So if you have allergies I would avoid and maybe we just got unlucky but not impressed with service either.

Our first time at Kervan Kitchen and it didn’t disappoint, had a lovely evening and enjoyed some great food. Service was on point and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They even had a live musician playing which was a lovely surprise. Looking forward to going back!

Firstly, the food, service & ambience were amazing. It isn't the cheapest place to go, but we were treating friends to a special meal to celebrate their 40th birthday's. They were blown away with the quality. We have dined here before and had an excellent experience too. Likely justifies the price, although as I said, it is on the pricier side. The food is amazing here. Perfectly cooked and delicious!! Would definitely recommend and return over and over.

Catch-up with family, singer was amazing, the service and atmosphere was fabulous just hard to hear others in the group speaking due to acoustics as such a big open space. However the real highlight was the quality of the food this is by far the best Turkish food we have had in Ipswich, we will return

There were 6 of us for lunch on Saturday. Everybody loved the whole experience and the food was amazing. Its expensive but an affordable luxury for a special occasion.
