After passing Khandoker for years and dismissing it as a run of the mill Indian restaurant, we finally tested our assumptions after a foodie friend recommended it. How wrong we were. Khandoker does things differently and better. Yes - there's familiar favourites but there's also some less usual dishes. Everything is properly and uniquely spiced - you didn't feel like it was all the same sauce with a different protein. The spiced lamb chops were properly fiery, soft and delicious - probably the highlight for me. Service was lovely, friendly and attentive. We left with our mouths zinging, very content.

The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday and not only did they support with providing amazing food 23 people they made her feel very special:) I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Perfect friendly host Ali, attended to our every need, with extra drinks and mint yoghurt to go with the fantastic food. Everything was delicious and we’ll always come back here for a top Indian meal.

It was a birthday celebration with my family. It went very well and there was a nice atmosphere, even though our group of 9 were the only ones there. There was a great variety of food on the menu for all, ages ranging from 13 to 76! Only negative was the garlic naans were not at all garlicky!

The food was absolutely lovely and tasted so fresh and the waiter who served us was really attentive and helpful.

Good food and very reasonably priced. Great location close to other fun places too.

Online booking was easy. Menu's were dirty and sticky with food on them. I did mention this to the waiter but he blamed the customers. Food was okay apart from a lamb chop which was just bone. Not disabled friendly as toilets upstairs,
