Disappointed. Was supposed to be a special night for a concert. Food was good, as usual, but nothing special about it. No specific music to suit concertgoers. But biggest problem was chaos getting bill. As most people were going to concert most people were getting bill around same time. But no allowance for this so we had to wait, in spite of asking for it 3 times, then had to go to a desk and join a queue. And then we were overcharged, though corrected promptly. Need to staff appropriately if organizing a special night!

Excellent food and service tried the business menu £6.95 + cost of drinks. Service was efficient and food piping hot. Would recommend this restaurant and will be back.

Warm and friendly welcome from staff, good selection available on the menus, service was quick, food was lovely and the restaurant itself was in an excellent location.

Food was very good. Booked online but entry in book in restaurant said 18.00 instead of 19.00 . this was not a problem as our table was still available. Service was patchy, with one of our party not getting quite what was ordered (pizza topping ) but again not a problem. Overall a very good meal with only a few very minor complaints. Will visit again as the food and atmosphere was excellent.

Pleasant welcome, cheery helpful waiters and meal was quick with nice time between courses - didn't feel rushed. Very reasonable price and will be back.

Food good, service okay. Very warm evening, no attempt to put the air conditioning on. Would have been more enjoyable, had the restaurant been cooler.

Restaurant impose a 10% service charge on the bill. Customers should have the option to decide the level of tip they leave. Disappointed with this restaurant for this reason. You can of course change the service charge on the bill.

Been meaning to visit for ages and finally got around to it! The food was incredible and the service was great. A very good restaurant will definitely visit again

Good service only thing was didn't seem to display tea time menu which was disappointing as I'm sure it mentioned it on website but food was lovely nice and hot

It was great value for money. Food was great, service good and the table, look, feel of the place was all very "Italian". this is just what you would expect of a good Italian meal

Food choice and quality was excellent. Staff were very attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend La Fiorentina to others. We will definitely be back.

The setting and the service were good...However, given that the menu was rather expensive, the dish I chose was disappointing: the potatoes and vegetables in my order were quite tasteless.

The service was good, but when they brung the main meal the potatoes were solid hard couldn't get our knives through them, I complained they took the plate back and must have put the potatoes in the microwave they were discustng

Excellent food and service. Lost a mark for not bringing out side order 1st time but did however serve quickly once mistake was pointed out. Very good night

I used to live in the area and used the restaurant a lot, visited today after 15 years or more, still as good as I remember. Food, service, ambience all made a great day out.

Excellent food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We arrived a little early but were seated immediately and the service was quick throughout. Will definitely be back!

Food always good here. You know exactly what to expect and the quality doesn't waver. Service always good too. Maybe a wee update to the menu would give it full points.

Last Fiorentina provided good service and good food. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is very handy for the Hydro and is ideal for a pre concert meal. Highly recommend.

we had a delicious lunch, with great service, fantastic price for the quality of food and all delivered with ease well under that all important hour long lunch time slot!

Nice atmosphere food lovely it had went down hill a while back but it's Defo better. The cocktails better too good to have the place back to its old self

Really good pre theatre before going out to a concert. Ideal location for dinner before the show. Very friendly staff. Reasonable variety on the menu.

Fab restaurant, we went as a group and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Lunch menu is excellent value for money. Will definitely be returning again.
