Food was terrible.. We picked this restaurant based on ratings but we could barely eat past 2nd spoonful of anything we ordered. Very skeptical about the raving reviews..

Excellent quality authentic food. Very friendly service. Tried one of the specials - pumpkin ravioli in sage butter - which were amazing although pricey. Would definitely recommend

Intimate, friendly and yet unique Italian restaurant. You will be welcomed as one of the family. Me and our party of four had a wonderful time with a variety of authentic Roman cuisine.

Fortuna is a hidden gem in Kensington! We absolutely loved the entire experience. From the most amazing appetizer (zucchini with homemade cream cheese wrapped in Parma ham and crisped to perfection over a bed of bitter greens), pasta to knock your socks off (homemade pasta and tomatoes with a white wine sauce finished with homemade burrata cheese and basil) and a wonderful dessert (pistachio cake and gelato). The small restaurant offers a setting like going into someone’s home. This meal rivals the food we had in Rome last week but with warm and welcoming service. We highly recommend!

The food was gorgeous, the flavours was strong but not overwhelming and filling but comforting. I would definitely come back and the specials are worth it.

The fresh pasta, the Lovely location, the friendliness of the staff. All was very wonderful. Amazing moment.

We ordered three dishes. The truffle pasta was really good, and is a must try. The beetroot risotto surprised us as well. The penne carbonara was alright and wasn’t able to reached same high scores like other. Overall, it is a really good family run restaurant, and will revisit again.

Delicious food (bruschetta, seafood linguini & tagliatelli carbonara) and a warm and friendly welcome, as always (well, this was only my 2nd visit, but I fully intend to become a proper regular!). So much nicer than large chain Italians.

Elsa is a very lovely Italian lady and a brilliant cook....she’s also a great artist as some of her paintings displayed in the restaurant confirm.

Such a lovely restaurant and the food was excellent. Had the special of prawns and spinach which was extremely tasty. The servers were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful dinner in this charming little cozy restaurant. The lovely owner created a great off the menu dish for me and was extremely accommodating to us. Can’t wait to go back.
