New owners great food and excellent customer service. Have used this restaurant on and off for years. Hopefully this is a positive rebirth. Run by real Italian people and not a chain. Small menu but great quality. Reasonable prices and great location on Poole Quay

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Great service - we all had specials off the fish menu. Very good on the whole- generous portions - scallops were a bit chewy unfortunately.

Decor tatty, service good and attentive, food 3 out of 5, good seafood menu, ambience friendly, not 'pushy' or rushed. Family dinner - enjoyable for all. Local car parking and set on the historic quay in Poole's old town.

Excellent evening with extended family (13). Food was delicious and arrived together. The staff were warm, welcoming and very efficient. Highly recommend La Lupa and will certainly be returning.

Arrived and was welcomed by a young lady behind the bar. We were sat at the front of the restaurant it was very quiet with no atmosphere. We were a little disappointed that we had to pay £2.00 for Soda Water even though we also ordered alcohol. The meals were ok but the pizza a little plain.

Good location on Poole Quay. Super selection of food from a large menu with many daily specials. Expertly cooked and presented and always very attentive staff. Will certainly visit again soon.

I've always been told that if you can't say something nice say nothing at all !!!!!! A flake of painted wallpaper fell of the ceiling into my wine glass so that says it all.

A memorable meal for all the right reasons. Eaten at La Lupa many times before and they are always perfect. An excellent meal capped off with a limoncello on the house.

Really enjoyable traditional Italian restaurant. Good service. Excellent scallops starter and saltimbocca. Good wine selection. Recommended. My wife choose a second starter for her main which was a wise choice. Freshly made zabaglione was a fitting end to the meal. Well done

Small rustic restaurant in Poole. Very welcoming and sociable. We went for lunchanged. Pizza, meatballs and Saltimbocca all good. The fish was superb! I'd definitely go again if ever in Poole.

Was made to feel very welcome, everything was explained to us that was on the special board, the meal was excellent, well worth the money.

Great food, great service. Only downside was there was no specific children's menu (I am not suggesting chicken nuggets etc) though they happily did a half portion on request it would have helped if they had made this more clear.

Food was great, we had excellent set rvice and the ambience was good. Would have been a 6 but the ancient chairs snagged my expensive tights!

Friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Food was excellent - We had calamari and stuffed mushrooms for starters, followed by calzone and parmigiana for mains. Beware- the portion sizes are huge! Reasonable prices and a good atmosphere made for a great evening.

Don't tell too many people, but it was great, been there quite a few times and each time they have different things on the 'specials' board. You really do need to book as they have large parties sometimes. Best Spaghetti in Poole.

My guests have said there food was not to good although mine was fine. A little slow on service but did have table of 18 in so understandable. Don't think we will go back.
