We had the most wonderful experience last night at this Indian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming — but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the exceptional service. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Paneer Korma, and both dishes were absolutely stunning — full of flavour, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a joy, and we couldn’t stop smiling with every taste. But as incredible as the food was, the service was on another level. Every single staff member was kind, attentive and genuinely lovely — but we want to give a very special mention to Pretty, who went above and beyond to make our night truly magical. We were celebrating our anniversary, and her kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy made us feel incredibly special. She’s a gem, and her care added a personal touch that we will always remember. Thank you to the whole team — and especially Pretty — for making our evening one to cherish. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🌟

We were a party of four. When we arrived at 7.30 we were greeted and seated efficiently. Three of us chose the buffet menu - one went a la carte. The restaurant was completely full so there was some noise which we were told was not normal for a Sunday evening. All the food was delicious though it took some time for our drinks to arrive and it was excellent value for money. The lady who initially greeted us was exceptionally charming and we were enjoying ourselves. Normally we might have fussed a little but we could see that the waiting staff were under pressure and it was just a very mild irritation. We would definitely go again - maybe later than 7.30 when the place became a little quieter! They only do the buffet on Sundays - lunch and dinner

Really enjoyed our visit to Laguna. The butter chicken and lamb shank were the highlights, but all the food was so tasty. Service was friendly and food and drink came fast despite it being a full house on a Saturday night! My dad noted that he's been coming here since 1984!

Nice place and good environment. However, I asked for a non spicy food and the waiter suggested one dish. But this one was spicy. I couldn't enjoy the food.

This Indian restaurant has been one of the finest we’ve eaten in London. In addition to the food, the ambience, loving people, and service with a caring touch and more so, a special gesture by the restaurant to celebrate our kid’s Birthday made it a memorable experience for us. Our kid says ’I’m elated, had the best B’day ever, and wanna come back many more times’. Thank you Laguna❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent food and service until we had finished our mains, after which we were ignored, no offer of desert menu or another drink - in the end we got our bill (not easy) and went and found d a bar for a drink, shame the last bit let the evening down

We had the Sunday Buffet and all the food we had was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially with identifying any food which contained gluten.

The restaurant was excellent The service and the quality of food great and prices very reasonable Unfortunately the customers sitting in the next table were too loud and we could not hold a conversation for most of the time which dampened our spirits quite a bit

Sunday lunch buffet items were very less for the cost £18.50. Desert is just a scoop of ice cream and jamun as part of the buffet. We had finish before 3 pm as there were some private party. Also, site says 25% discount for the Birth month but it didn't say Sunday buffet were excluded from it. Sunday lunch buffet had less items, costly and misleading.

Have dined at Laguna several times and chose to introduce this restaurant to some friends from out of town. We had the buffet and they chose to eat from the menu. No complaints whatsoever. Courteous service, tasty food and an enjoyable 3.5 hours' eating and chatting

Our servers were very courteous and polite, conducted very professionally even without a manager on the floor. True essence of hospitality. Food was great & was served a beautifully presented birthday dessert. The restaurant felt a bit cold, which was the only downside.

The restaurant is quite calming & relaxing but we found the food lacked variety. This was a shame plus the staff are very unprofessional. We raised a concern sadly which could have been very serious. No goodwill gesture was offered as would have been welcomed.

Went for self-service Sunday buffet which, at £12.95, was good value, with a good spread of meat, fish and veggie options - good bhaji and Sag Paneer. Was quieter than normal which meant we were able to be a bit more relaxed. Would definitely recommend.
