Reliably great. Super food, no problem accommodating our late booking, service friendly. Loads of positive noises coming from other tables too. Lovely.

Fascinating and well executed food which was good value, first time we have visited but will definitely be returning.

The food was very nice, tasted like Sri Lanka but portions very small for the price. The waiters were lovely but clearly not enough chefs as the food took ages and some of the hoppers weren't right.

Love it. Food was out of this world and the guy servicing us was funny and pleasant. You also have to visit there to read where "Lee's special chips" came from on the menu :D:D:D

What a great place, friendly staff who really know the food. The meals were absolutely fantastic, completely unlike anywhere else.

The food was very tasty and well presented as usual. The Lamb Lump rice was excellent! The wattelappam is a Sri Lankan sweet made with Jaggery and eggs and was also great!

A little disorganised, however the Meal was superb, credit to the chef.

Love the food, especially the pineapple curry, which is not on the menu any more, but if you ask they may be able to make it.

First visit for two of us - very wide choice of vegetarian dishes. Nice gap between courses so you did not feel rushed.

Our first time at Little Lanka. Nice menu & lovely helpful staff who offered suggestions and accommodated our 3 children well. Reasonably priced and the quality & presentation of the food was a delight. We highly recommend it !

First time trying Sri Lankan food and it was delicious! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and even checked how spicy we liked our food which was helpful. Great vegetarian selection, the beetroot curry was so tasty. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back, thank you!

Enjoyable meal with interesting flavours from Sri Lanka. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will help you make decisions and can adjust the spice level for diners who are less chilli-tolerant. Intend to visit the buffet on the last Sunday of the month, to really get a taste of a wide array of fishes.

A very unique experience, not your typical Indian restaurant. It is all Sri Lankan/Ceylonese based dishes which you may not have heard of, so I recommend you ask the staff to try some typical dishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dishes can be made to your liking in terms of spicyness/hotness. I would say it like Thai is to Chinese, very clean flavours of various spices/chillis, some do not come with sauces but the ones we had were still quite moist i.e. not dry.

Food was delicious, staff were very friendly, generous and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Service was slow but once you received the food it was worth it.

It was our first taste of Sri Lankan food and definitely won’t be our last. We were guided through the menu and when the food arrived it was delicious - spicy and tasty. The whole experience was pleasurable, good atmosphere with smiley, pleasant staff. I would certainly recommend a visit.

Delightful little restaurant offering an authentic taste of Sri Lanka. Attentive service, exquisitely flavoured dishes, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Contemporary decor without losing its Asian feel. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently had a holiday in Sri Lanka. It was wonderful, the food especially so. When we saw (to our surprise) the Little Lanka restaurant, we quickly decided that we wanted to visit this restaurant and sample their menu. We were not disappointed. The food at Little Lanka proved to be as good as the best that we experienced in Sri Lanka itself. The staff are charming and courteous. And it was a delight to go to a restaurant again in this country and eat in a relaxing atmosphere which was not damaged by excessive noise and babble. My wife and I could chat away and hear each other speak! Not a glitzy restaurant, quite simple and plain. But great food and good service. Highly recommended

Nice food although the lamb was a bit tough in the Ceylon curry, Cobra draft beer was a bit warm. But will definitely try it again.

This restaurant is an interesting addition to the Stockport curry scene. Worth a visit at any time. Service was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place.
