The Best meat restaurant in London! My favourite. I advise the Costata with a great Barolo. The mixed starters with beef tartare and stracciatella is also amazing.

A big fan of this store! It was delicious again this time. I will also go. Meat is the best delicious, dessert is also delicious.

We had such a fun dining experience. We had a really friendly and helpful waiter who helped us to select our dishes and made recommendations which were perfect.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food (even though we stuck to pasta) and good wines...a welcome discovery and we'll be back again to sample the meat courses.

Best steak I have ever had in my life, even given my high quality standards. I was there with a collegue and we will be back for sure. Amazing!!!

Macellaio could be an outstanding restaurant. The basics are there: fabulous produce, great cooking and delightful staff. However there are just too many small details that let it down. - The lighting is too bright - The boxes that the knives and forks at set in serve no purpose other than to clutter the table - Why are the sides on a different menu? It was brought to our attention at the last minute which resulted in hurried choices being made - Quite simply, the chips are not good enough. There are so many meat places in London that get this right, there's no reason why Macellaio can't - The mixed leaf salad is a joke: tiny, limp, undressed, and thoroughly unremarkable - My companion and I shared the tartare with blue cheese. It comes with a bit of theatre involving an entirely inadequate blow torch giving rise to an embarrassing hiatus to the proceeding. They need to get a bigger blow torch or rethink how this dish is served - Our starter came before our wine. There's no excuse for this I think these are all details that can be easily addressed and make Macellaio a real destination restaurant

The food was good and the service was fine. We will return to the restaurant in the next time we will be in London again.

Their meat is just magnificent! Nothing can beat it other than wagyu. I strongly recommend trying it. The restaurant crew are pleasant and the atmosphere is so cozy.

This place is not on the top of the list for vegetarians, but for the rest of us, it should be. Very nice small restaurant with a great selection of prime steaks, and great service.

Just one word is enough to explain this. Delicious! Best steak in London, what an experience. Little bit pricey but it is really worth it.

Very convenient location. The staff were very nice. Really enjoyed the T-bone steak and new dessert menu, would definitely recommend friends to visit the restaurant.

The food was good but I was expecting more. The service was a bit slow. We had to ask for the dessert menu after sitting at the table with our empty plates for about 20 minutes.

Mouthwatering! I’d recommend costata medium-rare. Very kind, polite and knowledgable service. The waiter explained everything about what we were about ordering. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately the service was unusually slow and the rump steak was tough, the spinach was gritty and the chips were not as before. It won’t put us off tho! We’ll be back there soon as it isn’t normal for Macellaio!

Staff inattentive, starter pasta was undercooked and partly cold. Serving only 1/2 bottles of water absurd. For a place with this location and prices could do better

Our waiter was lovely and the food was amazing! Food taste and restaurant atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. Meal wait time was incredibly short. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Food was great. The hostess was fantastic. The ambiance was nice. The filet stake we ordered was done correctly but slightly warm and not hot.

Good place to have a proper steak! Restaurant is very comfortable and sounds like “look and feel” just form the high street. Wines are super, personnel as well. Highly recommended
