Mamafubu Chinese Restaurant

A superfriendly little restaurant with some delicious options. Perhaps priced a little to the high end but the staff were lovely, and dealt well with some rowdy clientele.

Service very good but we ordered 3 starters which arrived one at a time.. main courses were ok but felt they were very over seasoned... food quality was good

A really nice restaurant, things are run 100mph (extra staff maybe needed?), we booked a table but when we arrived they didn't ask us if we had one booked, they just placed at a table, which is not a fault but it would of been nice gesture as we're used to being asked if we had a table already booked as courtesy. the food was brilliant, the drinks were of a good price and value for money. I'll give a 8/10.

Very ordinary chinese food with haphazard service. There surely must be better Chinese food in Glasgow.

Waited over an hr for our starters to arrive . Eventually gave up and asked a member of staff how much longer. Told there was a mix up with take away orders. Asked how much longer we would have to wait and she could not tell us. Offered us 2 free drinks. Not good enough!!. We had booked 2 weeks ago for anniversary. Totally unacceptable. Left and went elsewhere. Totally ruined our special occasion. Will not be back and will not recommend to any friends and family.

We went at 6.30 not very busy, we would have probably got a table without booking, the service was reasonable considering some of the staff were training, would go back again

once again food was delicious. chose off the main menu this time and portions were plentiful. couldn't eat it all and staff were more than happy to give you a takeaway dish to put your food in.

Service felt rushed, the meal all came out at different times, took about 20 minutes for all dishes to arrive to the table, will not come back in a hurry!

Food lovely and service very quick, good for lunchtime as time limited. The only thing which was a bit annoying was the fact that the serving staff continued to come up to our table and hover about, which was a bit off-putting when you are trying to eat. Apart from that, a very pleasant first experience.

Great value for money lunch deal with large portion sizes. Service was quick and staff very helpful. Would definitely return to try their evening menu.

We had not been to this restaurant before and really liked it. The menu had some really different dishes on it. The quality of the food was really good. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly

It's not what it used to be, which is a bit sad as it was my goto Chinese for those perfect dumplings (which were limp and soggy on this occasion) and great noodles (overcooked this evening) Some dishes have changed for the worst, missing out key components which made it amazing (looking at you beef flank bao) Hopefully just an off evening, as you guys still make an excellent flavoured dumpling

Was a bit dissapointed with this visit unfortunately. 1. There was an IKEA floor lamp sharing the table space with me, as in the button to switch it on was beside my elbow. We moved the tables over a bit. 2. The tables and chairs are more fast food than restaurant. 3.I ordered the Katsu chicken bento box. The chicken was like somethng you would get in the frozen section at Asda or Tesco and the Curry sauce tasted like something I could have made up out of a packet. It wasnt unpleasant. It just wasn't restaurant quality.

Have been before and was not disappointed yet again. Food was delicious, service was friendly and efficient and over all good value for money. Will definitely be back.

Great meal but server forgot our order and we had to re order after another half hour It was my partners 50th birthday and wrote this in requests so think they could have made an extra effort

Lovely food, nice restaurant but unfortunately the seats could be more comfortable,a cushion on them might help. Got served very quickly as we ordered the £10 main meal with a dish of rice and a small glass of house wine.

Nice peaceful atmosphere, with lovely service! Food was great and was definitely value for money.
