As usual Melange always gives excellent service, food and atmosphere thank you.

As always, good food, good service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Really lovely food. Really lovely staff. We had a super time!
Excellent local restaurant. Service always very good. Pleasant atmosphere and good seating.
Great food and friendly helpful staff. Wide selection on the menu and the set menu is brilliant for value and choices
A lovely afternoon! I had not seen my friends for a very long time and we had lots of catching up to do - lots of talking and not very much eating! Our waitress was patience it’s self. At no point were we hurried or pressured. Excellent food made the afternoon a most enjoyable experience. My friends and I will be returning very soon!!
The family gathered together for breakfast to celebrate a birthday. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout. The breakfast dishes looked pretty but were disappointing taste-wise. Eggs were overcooked, and a replacement set of poached eggs were under-cooked. A number of us had a little ramekin of avocado which tasted of strong garlic but missing any taste of avocado. Most had a small ramekin of yogurt and fruit --- this was a relatively straightforward dish but the idea of it being 'a dish with fruit' seemed like an exaggeration because fruit, in this case, meant one thin strawberry slice and 2 blueberries. Eggs Florentine wasn't like any ever had before - unfortunately not in a good way. It looked pretty but not as an example of Eggs Florentine. The spinach wasn't wilted or otherwise cooked. Instead some spinach leaves were mixed with quinoa, a few walnuts and pecan bits and pomegranate seeds, and presented on a slice of sourdough. The Hollandaise came on the side, as requested, and thank goodness it did because it tasted of nothing any of us could identify. So weird. No one wanted it to eat. Oh well. Two of the party were happy enough with their veggie breakfasts, one liked his grandma's breakfast mostly. The one-year-old enjoyed being in a high chair at the head of the table. There weren't dedicated dishes for Little Ones but that's fine. A baby-cino was made for him, to his delight. For those with hearing challenges, it was not too difficult at the start because the restaurant didn't have many customers then. Later when it filled up, it was noisy and full of the sounds of people enjoying being out together. This also meant the coffee grinder was going a lot of the time, and it is very noisy. Not a problem for some but for anyone with a hearing impairment, it can complicate speech perception. In summary, we enjoyed being out together. The generous space around our table and the friendly wait staff contributed to us having a good-enough time. Would we encourage friends to go there - probably not. Are we likely to return there - no. But it was a special family time anyway!
I was not very well - staff very helpful I could eat little but friends enjoyed it .
Comfortable enjoyable meal. Very nice neighbourhood restaurant. Good attentive service.
Very friendly service and tasty food. An excellent neighbourhood restaurant.
We enjoyed the 2 course meals fish cakes and the burger with french fries etc. They were so delicious we ended up tasting each others meals. The desserts were scrumptious. As we were on a budget and on way to cinema we didn't buy drinks. The restaurant kindly supplies you with beautifuly presented bottled water . We are definitely going again and it's a great pre cinema theatre eatery with the picturehouse and Art house cinemas directly opposite. .
Lovely well presented food , reasonable priced food and drinks, friendly and efficient service ,in comfortable surrounding's.
Super food very helpful friendly staff a great place to eat
great location and food would try again many thanks v
Great food as always. Staff friendly and the space felt relaxed with table not too close (covid times)
Fun as ever, great food and excellent service. Back soon
Lovely food, ambience and service. Will be back soon. Thanks
Fabulous food and pretty good service, although sad they wouldn't make me my favourite Negroni cocktail, which I first had at Melange 6 years ago! (Campari, Vermouth + Prosecco with a twist of orange peel)
It was a lovely birthday lunch. We were well looked after and I would strongly recommend the restaurant.
Very good ventilation, front door and side door open. this matters now. We were inside as one of us suffers from pollen allergies. Fortunately no grass near the Melange.
Lovely food and friendly service. Very relaxing atmosphere. One criticism : the pork belly needed longer cooking to soften the texture.
Good service, friendly staff, great steak and wine recommendations! Recommended

great restaurant, come here frequently for the lovely food and service
Great food, reasonable prices, sadly because of few diners the atmosphere was a little lacking, not the fault of the staff who were very pleasant and helpful
Been here many times and it never disappoints. Always lovely food (steaks were amazing) and great, cosy atmosphere. The perfect neighbourhood restaurant. Plus the negronis are superb.
Generally a great experience. Staff were very attentive, food was excellent. Good to see a small menu. Feels you with confidence that food is fresh and thought through. One of the best restaurants in Crouch End.
The food & staff were lovely, but it was too cold to enjoy the atmosphere in the restaurant.
Happy with our visit. Good social distancing. Friendly service. Quick service. Good atmosphere.
Literally the best food good value and wonderful waiting staff. Will miss it over lockdown x
The customer service was good and the food was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the portion size, it is too small. After eating that delicious meal I was still hungry.
The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the service was very good. Food was excellent and good value for money, would definitely go again.
All good but the food was a bit average a

Very nice experience. Eat out to help out so good value. Friendly and efficient service. Very enjoyable.
staff were amazing the food was very nice to eat
Food good not much social distancing between tables. Doesn’t seem any different than before the pandemic
We held a great family celebration here and the staff were brilliant!
We thought the food was very bland and very expensive for the portion size .Overall very disappointing. Although the staff were very nice .
It was a perfect lunch, the service was great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was flowing. It was exactly like pre-lockdown. I am confused and not sure if the social distance was being observed and if the tables were too close?
Fab lunch staff as always perfect so glad to be back to are favourite restaurant first time at a restaurant since lockdown felt at easy as soon Will as we arrived
